Chase was extremely professional. Followed up with our initial on-line inquiry with a phone call. Very thorough in asking pertinent questions and establishing a mutually convenient time to bring in our vehicle. Once there in person, Chase was attentive, informative, and most courteous. He explained what the process would look like in regards to evaluating our vehicle. Upon a thorough inspection of our vehicle on both the interior/exterior, conducting a computerized assessment as well as a test drive, Chase was able to articulate the overall condition of our vehicle and what we should expect in terms of an offer. He then communicated with his team to determine/confirm what We By Any Car USA was willing to offer us. We agreed and moved forward with the necessary paperwork. Chase was extremely detail-oriented in explaining what we were signing and made us feel comfortable with our decision. Overall, it was a pleasant and uneventful experience and Chase's professionalism, quiet confidence, and sense of humor made us feel at ease.
