The whole process was very easy and Vanessa has a personality that makes you feel very at ease.

I had a Great experience with Vanessa. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. Showed me a couple of things I would have never known; so will use that knowledge on my next car when being serviced. She was friendly and efficient. Would recommend this business and Vanessa to everyone when selling your car!!!

Vanessa was very professional, polite and courteous throughout the entire process. She was patient and answered all my questions, gave me the information that I needed to make a decision on whether to sell or not. A truly great experience, I recommend asking for Vanessa personally to help when selling a car.

Experience took a little longer than I thought (~2 hours), but overall process was fair to both parties. Vanessa was very transparent and straightforward. Although I thought some of the "defects" were a bit ticky-tack for a 14 year old car, they were not all held against the value in the negotiated end. Thank you for giving me a very good option to all of the other larger companies in this market and for making the process relatively easy given all of the required paperwork. I would definitely use WBAC again in the future.

The manager did a good job

My bank would not accept the check I received when I sold my car. It was rejected at an ATM and an inside teller as well. I was able to deposit with the phone app, however the funds I was told would be available are not. I'm just hoping the check clears. It should have been easy to deposit the check. Truist band also would not cash it because of the amount and that I did not have an account. I was told they should have cashed it. Mixed messages.

I would like to update my rating - my problem was strictly with banking issues and in no way does it reflect the 5 star rating that webuyany car deserves. Mason was an outstanding representative and explained everything with a high degree of knowledge and professionalism. Annie in the office has done a great job helping to get the banking issue resolved.

The customer service agent was really great, and helped me work through some problems I had with the car. He was patient, encouraging and polite. The transfer was very smooth. Thank you!
