Solid customer service
Solid customer service. Both the rep, Lacey, and the calls that I got from WBAC were polite, informational, and non pressuring.
The only reason it was 4 stars vs 5, was I had to follow up to get my documents sent over. But, again, the customer service rep I spoke with was on polite and get me the documents within minutes of my call. Also got a follow up from them to make sure they came through.
Only constructive suggestion for WBAC would be maybe less frequency for review requests. I sold my car to the 6 days ago and have received 3 email on 'how did we do?'
