They Follow The Golden Rule
I met with Chris and was pleasantly gobsmacked by how honest, welcoming, and relatable he was. Being as I was in a tough spot, I was very worried when it was turning out that my vehicle had more issues than anticipated. However, Chris was encouraging, empathetic, and completely understanding of my situation. He and his other manager, Jeff, were so patient and accommodating.
