Chris was amazing.
Chris was very kind and helpful during the process of selling them my car. He worked for get us an offer that we could accept due to the amount of work we put into the car to get it ready to be sold. Good Customer Service with Nit-picky Inspection
Chris was really nice & really seemed to know what he was doing, but I felt like he was a little nit-picky finding things wrong with the car that average people probably wouldn't have really cared about. As a result the amount of the offer was less than I had hoped for

Good way to sell a car
Overall a good way to sell a car. Money was deposited by the time we got home, but there was too much time conferring with the "home office" people on a price. Hundreds of dollars deducted from the estimate for a potential leak in the antifreeze tank for a part that costs approx. $30. Total time: 2-1/2 hours.

Poor
Drove all the way there and the manager was insincere and talked about how terrible our vehicle was. Actually said it was worth 100 dollars but would give us a break and offer 700. Embarrassing. Acted like he emailed his boss and was telling us he was trying to negotiate for us. Not a good actor. I had a good experience the first time but sadly not this time and I, nor my family or close friends, will ever use this again. I’ll bring to a dealership or a junkyard.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive an offer that didn’t meet your expectations. During our professional appraisal, we found several issues that were beyond what we consider fair wear and tear for a vehicle of this age, including:
• Air conditioning blowing warm air
• Driveline noise
• Poor previous repairs
• Rust on the door and quarter panel
• Low tread on the tires
• Upper engine noise
We also ran an OBD-II diagnostic scan which revealed multiple fault codes:
• P0302 – Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
• P2015 – Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor/Switch Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1)
These codes were confirmed, indicating ongoing mechanical issues as evidenced by the check engine light. When prompted during the online appraisal, no physical or mechanical problems were disclosed, so these issues naturally impacted the valuation we were able to offer.
We also want to clarify that the Branch Manager’s communication with our technical team was not an act. We do have a dedicated pricing team who can take a second look at a valuation, especially when significant undeclared issues are found. We’re pleased that the Branch Manager was able to work with our technical team to get you a price you were happy to accept—even when the cost of repairs outweighed the car’s market value.
We always invite customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see. Our goal is to provide a transparent and respectful experience, and we’re sorry that this wasn’t your impression during your visit.
