I didn’t enjoy the initial call received by the AI bot. Once through to a real person I was given advice but haven’t solved the problem. However, they were very polite and reassuring

Rip Off Merchants!
They offer you a price online then when they get the phone the offer is more than halved! I know my phone was in perfect condition however they show a video of some random phone and say it is yours with scratches all over it
Avoid this company at all costs as they will just rip you off

Offer dropped from £100 to £30 on a faultless and clean condition phone. Don’t trust the valuation. It’s a scam.

Webuyanyphone offered me £603 for an iPhone 16 Pro 256GB, a perfectly reasonable figure and broadly in line with what Apple were offering.
Then the phone arrived for its “inspection process”, where a few hairline scratches, the sort every used phone acquires simply by existing in the same atmosphere as its owner, apparently transformed it into something bordering on archaeological debris. Revised offer: £400.
Hardly and 'adjustment'.. more like a shakedown.. bait
with better branding.
I declined, naturally, and was then charged £15 to have my own phone sent back to me. So the model appears to be: advertise an attractive price, discover that a used phone is, in fact, used, slash the offer by a third, then charge the customer for escaping.
Is it a clever business model? I don’t know. Is a seagull clever for swooping down outside Greggs and taking your sausage roll?
In my case: offer £603, find a few hairline scratches once the phone is safely in their possession, reduce the price to £400, then charge £15 for its return when I decline. It is not sophisticated commerce. It is a mugging with a returns label.

Mohit was super accommodating!
I had Mohit help me sort out issues relating to pricing, and he was super helpful.
Terrible behaviour
Terrible behaviour. I was quoted £429 for my handset. No visible damage at all, with screen protector still on, underneath the screen is immaculate. Offered £129 on receipt alleging damage and that I'd misdescribed the condition. They then charge me £9 to send it back. Extremely misleading and and cannot recommend as a result. Very poor business practice, I should have taken notice of the reviews below.

This company misleads with first offer and are not fair
I think this company is very misleading. They offered me £463 for my phone before sending it, I have only had I 18 months and I thought it was in good condition for a phone if this age: and iPhone 15 max pro. It passed all 27 checks on its workings and yes the screen has some scratches and the side had some, however this isn’t a brand new untouched phone. They offered me £235, less than half what they offered me before I sent it. This I feel is misleading and other companies offered me more than that even if I described the condition as poor which it is far from. I said I thought this was too low and they would only increase to £250. I think this company reel you in and then when they get your phone offer you a low price.

Baited with high valuation !!!
Sent them 2 iPhone 15 pro’s (one was only 5 weeks old) which their site said were worth £420 each in good condition. After 1 week received an email with their valuation dropped to £215 per phone citing slight wear on these phones. I phoned them and asked for the phones to be returned which prompted them to raise the price to £280 per phone. My question is this, do they need to be brand new in a sealed box to get the quoted £420 or are these costings used to get you to send your phones to them. I for one will not use them again.
And the icing on the cake is they charge you £9 per phone to return them.
My advice is, what they say they are worth for the condition that they are in, half it and if you’re happy with that price then go ahead with the sale.
