Absolutely AWFUL company! Completely misleading their customers into thinking they will pay more than other recycle companies only to completely try to rip you off.
A phone, with 2 little nicks, other than that, immaculate. Valued at £180. Upon receipt was offered £55! Then when rejected and asked for my phone back, offered £65 then £75... again declined and then had to pay £10.95 for them to post my phone back to me!!
O2 would give a minimum of £110 which shows its in good condition!!

What a con-they offer you the world for your
Phone and then offer you an extra £10 to reel you in. Once you are in they offer you a derisory amount for your phone and a WHOLE load of excuses as to why. They then offer you little more in the hope you will accept-KEEP WELL CLEAR!!!!

Do NOT use this company!!!!! They offered me £350 for my Samsung, my phone is in absolutely perfect condition in every way. It’s not got one scratch on it and I’ve looked after the battery and system. Once the phone arrive they stated that my phone is very damaged and that they wouldn’t only offer £200!!!! I’m fumming. I want my phone back. I swear if my phone comes back damaged in any way I’m suing this company, I got so much evidence to show it wasn’t ever damaged. Please don’t use this company, just sell it privately.

Quick turnaround but despite phone being as described they came back with a derisory offer which requires you to invest an awful lot of time and effort into disputing. If you don't want the hassle, you're probably better off with the manufacturer trade in route...

Originally offered a decent amount for my iPhone 13 mini in excellent condition and had been in a case all the time to be fine it had significant signs of wear and tear. They sent me a ridiculous offer which I accepted, but in hindsight and experience with another selling site I should have rejected. On a positive note my payment was received within a couple of days. Unlike the other company I used.

Avoid, and sell your phone locally

Wish I had read the review before dealing with this company.
Offered £510, the phone was immaculate, took HD pictures before sending it, Once recieved they offered £280 as the phone was damaged, so but the video was unable to show the damage, except one small mark wher I think they took off the screen protector, no mark shows on my pictures.

They then wanted to charge me to return it, but not it is likly to be damaged at thier hands.

Do your self a favor, go elsewhere.

Well I was selling my s22 plus on the website they gave a price of £205 after 2 days they sent me a video of my phone and said there's a new price and said which I laughed that the screen was worn and the back of the phone was worn now I don't know how they come across as warn it's an s22 so an old phone to me it looked okay there was no scratchers front or back and they offered me a new price off £75 I was a bit angry that they kept the phone for 2 days and insulted me by this price I said to them to send the phone back and I got it and take it to my local phone shop and got £180 the guy in the shop at a quick look over the phone put a SIM card in it check that it was all working and gave me the money this company we buy any phone to me is just a bunch of swindellas and the guy with the black robber gloves on lol the technician doing a little video where a bunch of con artists you've just like getting cheap phones that not down prices so they can put a hell of a lot more on if I was you I would take it down to your local phone shop if you have one or lock somewhere else online. They offer a very competitive price for a phone only to maintain that there is non existent wear and tear on the phone and reduce the price offered to less than one third of their original offer.

The company operates as a fraudulent entity. They overestimate the value of the phone and subsequently breach their contractual obligations upon its shipment. They attempt to negotiate you down and find flaws where there are none. Avoid at all costs, don’t be a victim

Got price for iPhone 15 but there was an error so I went on chat. Found out they do not or cannot return phone to N Ireland they said post office don’t do returns and DPD don’t have an office here despite me telling them a driver lives next door. So I would have had to take a reduced price no doubt as I couldn’t get it returned. A complete scam but caught in time. Stay clear!!!

Sent in an immaculate phone which had been in a case and screen protector with 0 scratches or damage. I was told it's condition was 'average' and offered half the value they originally quoted me!

Don't bother wasting your time

Perfect I phone - one small scratch was offered 105 from CEX but went with these as they offered 176.00 now they have phone - offering 70.00 , currently been on hold for 35 mins on web chat for someone to get back to me despite the agent being online and telling me 35 mins ago he would get back to me in 2 mins - go somewhere else and avid these at all costs

Sent my iPad in and described it as excellent as hardly been used but they wouldn't even make me an offer on it due to scratches which I still cannot see after having it returned so unless its new out of the box and never used I wouldn't bother with them ever again.If they had revised the offer I may have considered it but they didnt.Avoid at all cost

I was offered £480.00 for an unused I Phone 14 Pro Max, which I accepted and sent the phone to them, a few days latter I got a revised offer of £340.00 stating there was wear on the phone, I spoke to their live chat and explained this was a new phone so could not possibly has any signs of wear, But they just said that I was being offered the value they put on the phone and sent it back to me, under no circumstances should you use this company, I have also posted this review on my company intranet which has a worldwide audience of over 20,000 staff
