James, the stairlift engineer, came to the house and removed the stairlift within half an hour. He was very friendly and efficient. He explained that the stairlift would be refurbished and used again for someone else. The team I spoke to to arrange the booking were also very friendly. Well done and thank you everyone.

The guys were more than helpful and carried all the mechanics of the stair lift up and down steep steps to where their van was able to park.

Based on my experience, I would not hesitate in recommending We Buy Any Stairlift to others needing a stairlift removal service.
We are in the process of selling our Mother’s house and have recently accepted an offer from a buyer. Having the stairlift removed from the house was on the ‘big ticket’ items on our list of things to do for clearing the house prior to sale completion. We were keen to find someone who we trusted to seek to remove and reuse the stairlift rather than someone who might just remove it and dump it.
I found We Buy Any Stairlift online. I had a prompt response to my initial enquiry and quickly arranged a date/time for its removal. The stairlift was removed last week as scheduled and we received the agreed reimbursement in cash immediately on that day.
I found the booking process, all interactions with We Buy Any Stairlift staff and service they provided to be very professional throughout. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate in recommending We Buy Any Stairlift to others needing a stairlift removal service.
