Sold my Discovery Sport through these guys. They deserve a 10 plus rating .From start to finish everything was so easy ,send photos easy no need for app ( unlike other car buyers ) send photo of documents easy ,contact by phone through WhatsApp easy ,fair genuine price . NO INFLATED PRICE then it's up for auction didn't make inflated price will you accept 500 pounds less ,Once deal agreed they sorted collection from home. Nice collection guy ,then money transferred and car gone. Have sold other two vehicles on other sites but these guys left others way way behind.A really pleasant experience thank you

The 2 gents who came to check the vehicles were friendly and professional and the paperwork and finance was cleared on the same day and the vehicles taken- no hassle service

Offered the best price and no issues when collected. Money was in my account and email from DVLA before the car was driven off the driveway. Overall a great experience.

Better price than other websites and no quibble when car collected. Payment received before driven away.
Only issue was they had to be reminded to put car into the trade so I could get refund on tax. But when reminded did so straight away.
Altogether painless process.

Easy journey given the sale of a high end car, the people were fair and decent and most importantly, the price I was offered is the price I got. £500 was held back for a dent in the wheel but they sorted it in house and later paid the full amount. The price offered was fair given the arrangement, I would recommend.

They offered me the best price for my car and arranged to pick up at the garage where I was picking up my new car about 2 hours from my home.

I was a bit nervous as I have heard stories of lower prices offered on inspection with other similar organisations. But the team, mainly Henry and Dan, who were really friendly, and not at all pushy, were really good on the communication side and talked through my concerns. I asked lots of questions and they were very polite and always called/ messaged me back in a timely way.

Collection was really good- friendly phone call from Paul in the morning to give me his approximate eta, and finalise arrangements.
He let me know later when he was close by and was really calming (as I was still worried about being haggled with, whilst miles from home!) Very straightforward process. Really quick and simple. He had to phone through for approval, and then he walked me through the process. Received a phone call from the them, and then the money was transferred straight across and in my account

Excellent service. Driver arrived on time (after an unpleasant Uber experience) and was pleasant. Told me the process and promptly looked around my car. Reported back to the office and promptly received a call back from the office confirming the agreed price and money in my account within 5 minutes (and no ridiculous waiting time like a certain other company) excellent and highly recommended

Michael was fantastic to deal with, great price offered, very easy and accommodating in the process. First time selling a car this way so was a little nervous, but no need to be! Collection was fast and easy and payment to bmw cleared within 24hrs.
