No stars is more accurate. The good reviews are probably written by them. Their sales guy Jesse is as smooth as they come. They've taken $4,000 so far. Haven't done anything at all. They scheduled a meeting but never called. Won't return my phone call or respond to my email. Con artists and snake oil salesmen. Promised to have my website ready within a month and to keep me updated. It's been over a month and they've gone completely silent on me. I'm such a fool to have believed yet another company. This happened to me last year too. PC Mastercard is working to return my payments. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. Hopefully they'll get what they deserve.

You set a meeting for yesterday but I never heard from you. Additionally, we are now a month in and I see nothing. Where is the website? I can’t even get an update on it. How long will this take? Several months just to get going?

My level of frustration and disappointment is high. As a company you’ve already lost a lot of credibility with me. Not sure I want to continue now.

I thought it would take longer than a month before I would start to wonder whether I made the right decision.

We can either call it even and you can refund me the money I already spent or you can give me a month free until I see some progress.

Clicked on Instagram

Clicked on Instagram, and got several messages. I finally spoke to someone today and of course, after an hour and a half on the phone, I kept hearing that I seemed like a nice lady and that I would get a GREAT deal. I learned some time ago to listen to my gut and did just that. After being put on hold I was told to hold so he can go downstairs and speak to his manager immediately for an even better rate - I have no doubt he works from home. We had already gone from a $2500 website, plus, plus, plus to $1497 and so that I would commit today, here and now or the savings go away he was willing to speak to his manager. The best thing I did was hang up, thanks to TRUSTPILOT I was able to see just how many complaints there were, and I am glad I hung up the call. Sadly, these sharks take from people who are truly trying to create something, and often times we take from our dinner plate to make this happen.

Bad experience with a shady company

Edit: Apparently they are going to contact me to fix this. I will update my review once they do. By the way, they tried to take this review down by claiming it has harmful or illegal information but thankfully Trustpilot didn't listen to them!

Edit 3: It's been almost a week and there is nothing done regarding my refunds. It actually has been 2 weeks since they promised the refund of 700 CAD! Don't trust them!

Edit 4: I am going to keep this review up for other's reference but it seems like the company finally processed the refund and sent it to me. It's still in my authorized transactions so I will update this once it is finally in my account.

Edit 5: They still have not provided me the refund for 1000 CAD. They are asking me to take down my google review and close my dispute so they return it but the bank says not to trust them and that they can return it just fine if they really want. How can I trust them?

This is the worst company I ever dealt with! They had an ad on Instagram and I made the mistake of clicking on it. Then they scheduled a call with me and in that call kept promising the world for a website for my business. I kept saying I wanted to think about it and that I had an interview in a couple of minutes but they kept saying that I would lose all the discounts if you don't sign up now.
After a little bit, I told them to pause the services (they hadn't even started working on it at this point) and that I might not require it at all. They agreed but still charged me about 700 CAD !!
When I confronted them they admitted that they made a mistake and that they would fix it but it has been a week and they still did not give back my initial payment of 1000 CAD plus the amount they got from me of 700 CAD!
I wish I read other reviews here first but their Google reviews were fine.

I wonder how he sleeps at night knowing he has taken from struggling small businesses....

DO NOT ENGAGE

Here I am, yet another disgruntled client. I spoke to their sales agent, on a cold call, in September. I invested a few hundred dollars as I do not have the knowledge of SEO or marketing. They say they are digital marketers and I thought my baby business would be in safe hands. I WAS SO WRONG! In the sales call, I was told that I would rank on my local map in 60 days and be ranking on searches in 90. I was on the map in 60, to this day, I do not rank anywhere on Google for at least 7 pages. I had to battle with SEO keywords that would make NO sense as they were abbreviations of concepts in my programs. I went back and forth a few times with SEO words with them. I expressed my concern with my account manager starting in January! All the while, they were taking $200 every month for services not done. My account manager, who has 300 other clients, said she would roll out the higher package as compensation and I gladly accepted thinking this could be the answer and to give a good faith chance. NOTHING CHANGED. What I recieved was just more blog posts, written by AI and edited by me extensively, and social media posts, posted without letting me know the timing the first couple of times, therefore I double posted. In February yet another discussion with my account manager about my challenges and concerns. She said she would bring in higherups to help. I didn't meet with anyone until April. In that meeting, In the meantime, what VERY little traffic, which was coming from my Facebook, not SEO, downloaded my freebie. The email that came with the link was blank except the link, and "Thank You" This is a digital MARKETING company? In what world is "Thank You" an acceptable way to market to potential leads. Where is the value? The call to action? The links? My SIGNATURE??? My meeting with the higher up felt ok as he seemed to be focused on all my challenges and had an action plan. I was told the Head of Marketing was fixing my email (never happened) I was told they also were going to review my copy on my site and see how they could make it better (never happened) I asked for the transcript of my sales call for MONTHS (never got it) AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS. The final straw is when I asked them in mid April to please put a privacy policy and a Terms and Conditions on my site due to Stripe changing its rules. I have to have those items in order to be disbursed payments from them. First, they wanted me to write it (I am a coach, not a lawyer, not a web person) when I said I had no knowledge they put up a half assed privacy policy in the top menu of my page, not the footer. I kept chasing them about my T&C as Stripe requires BOTH. May 15th was the deadline. As I type this on May 22nd I have not received a T&C NOR have I had any communication to my inquires and concerns. Please listen to these 1 star reviews. They are the truth. I wish I had never invested my time, money, energy, and frustration on a company I hired to help, not hinder my business. I have screenshots of conversations as well as emails back and forth. Short of a complete refund, I do not want to hear from them again.

Update: A month later I do not have any money back, they took yet another payment end of May, after I told them I did not want their service any longer. And I still do not have my URL released back to me.

Worst web company

Worst web company. This company is a complete scam. They charged me for 2 months of SEO before I approved my website to go live. I dealt with a sales rep and then his director. The director of sales promised me a full refund then retracted and offered me credits before I would be charged again. I blocked them from further charges but they attempted to charge my card for a 3rd month. These guys are not transparent they withhold the truth and deliver empty promises once they have your money. If I could rate them with zero I would. Be aware once they have your credit card they will scam you.

Worst "marketing" company, keep away from them

It is the worst "marketing" company, they only contact you when you stop paying due to their terrible service, they are thieves, they do not provide the services they charge for, do not waste your time and money with this false "marketing" company.

I've contacted your "support team" many times and they are terrible as well. WebWare.io is a snake oil salesman. None of its products work! This "agency" is dedicated to promoting and promising results for your sales, which in reality do not work, and they do it in a deceptive way to scam small businesses. WARNING BUYER BEWARE!
I paid for a website and 5 hours a month support. After months of no support and missed deadlines on content they promised I contacted their live support and it took about 10 days to get a response from live support with a request for me to make an appointment for the following week to talk to my account manager. That is the sum total of support I received.
I had to rebuild my website on another platform.
After a complaint to the BBB and dispute of credit card charges they wanted to talk to me and amazingly wanted me to agree to stay on promising several months of free service.
Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Do not sign up with them. They promised me sales and #1 raking on Google. They didn't! Also when you sign that con it's for an entire year and you can't get it out of it. It took them 3 months to make me my website. Their website builders are in India so you have the 16 hour delay or more. They were incompetent with the blogs they wrote, which were all AI, they didn't bother showing them to me, until I saw the post! Outrageous!
Save yourselves your money!
If I could give them zero stars I would! 😡😡😡

I still do not have a website after 2…

I still do not have a website after 2 months. They do not tell you you'll have to go through 33 steps that I have to fill out before they even have something for your review. I really do not have that kind of time, that's why I called them, to get a website going for me! I complained about that and got them to call and go through the all the steps. Its been a week and still no website. Meanwhile you pay a high monthly fee for nothing. If something gets better I will report back here.

Just an update. In Webwares response to me, they stated credits would be given. As of April 29th there have not been any.

Horrible experience

This is a horrible company and I would not give one star except to write a review it's required. Worst experience I have ever had with any company. The team they provided did not understand our service and only made things worse.

They did not provide a useable website after I spent way too much time explaining what they were doing was unacceptable. They used terrible pictures for what we were offering, rewrote content that made it misleading and wrong, completely misunderstood our service, stopped working and refused to take my calls and did not respond to emails.

Do not use this company. They took our money and continue to bill us monthly for NOTHING. Scammed us from the outset and never delivered.
