Hi Gopal, you had extremely bad luck with the weather during your stay in Norway. Tromsø and the surrounding area was hit really bad during those days. There was actually nothing to see or do for any visitors, so we understand the frustration of going camping in such conditions. But unlike what you state, the snowstorm was not forecasted, it was supposed to be rain. We immediately took action and booked an appointment to have the wheels swapped for you when it started snowing, but for some reason you did not show up until the next day. For the temperature in the campervan, it has a powerful 4kw heater, so staying warm should not be a problem even in much colder temperatures. You will of course have some air going trough the cabin, since ventilation is required, it would not be safe or legal to have such vehicles built completely sealed off. Anyway, of course we can not control the weather, and it is our customers who decide when they want to go. But when asked, we do suggest to go in September, at the latest when the weather is generally better. If you do come back to Norway, please drop us a message, as we often give discounts to returning customers!
All the best,
Bjarte
