I am writing this review to warn others based on my personal experience with this company.
I was accused of inappropriate conduct, an allegation that caused me significant emotional stress. After the company reviewed the relevant voice recording, it became clear that I was not the person who made the comment. Another colleague admitted responsibility, and this was also evident from the recording itself.
Despite the facts being established, I was still removed from shifts. No apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and no effort to repair the damage done to me followed. I found this deeply unfair and unprofessional.
Because of how the situation was handled, I submitted a formal resignation email. That resignation was never acknowledged — no response, no confirmation, no basic courtesy. Shortly afterwards, I was removed from the company WhatsApp group, which showed my resignation had clearly been seen but deliberately ignored.
My clear warning is this: stay away from this company. Do not work here. The way this matter was handled shows a serious lack of respect, accountability, and proper management.
I would strongly caution people from minority backgrounds to think very carefully before working for this organisation. No employee deserves to be treated the way I was.

I am a support worker sent on placements by this agency. The We Care Bespoke office staff went above and beyond to respond to my requirements, outside of office hours. Everything was resolved out of hours. Another support worker was enlisted to help, also immediately providing her services out of hours. (I worked for a sister organisation during the coronavirus pandemic then started with We Care Bespoke in 2024). The manager is lovely.
