Dealt with an agent called James when enquiring about a private health policy. Couldn't of been more helpful as he talked me through all the different options and tailored to my needs. Didn't rush or try and push me into anything and gave me time to read through everything and make my decision before signing up to anything. Answered all questions clearly and really friendly. Enjoyed the chat we had very happy with the policy I took out.

Good costumer service. They will do everything just to help their costumers. Which is really great.

Bought a bike insurance for the first time, as just purchased a new bike. At the beginning of the process (after paying the insurance amount) did not receive any policy documents or confirmation email, so I contacted the support team by email, by finding a really helpful people on the other side, which helped me with my issues in less than an hour!
I’m a really happy customer and I will recommend it to anyone that will ask me for a bike insurance.

I paid them 98 pounds for my bike, the result is zero. Throw your money on the street.

Easy, straight forward process to insure my bicycle. It’s my first really expensive purchase so I’ve been a bit of a nervous Nelly to make sure everything is in order should I need to make a claim. Really good tool to scans through hundreds of different options in a simple yet blazingly fast way.

I tried my hand with other alternatives before, but this is the one that got me both the fastest user experience, asking me only for necessary information, and the best offer in financial terms.

The neat interface makes it nice and unambiguous to use; the option to save a search - in case you are not going to buy a product at once, is nice as well.
