TWO CYCLES PURCHASED September 5th 2025**

Both myself and my wife have purchased from cycle shops for a combined 70- Years.
We have to say that we have never dealt with (not just a cycle shop), but a business, that is so customer focussed, patient and courteous as We Cycles.
The attention to detail that we have received from Staff and Management has been nothing short of spectacular, even to the point of advising us to spend less money on certain things that we would not need.
We purchased two Electric Cannondale bikes and they are absolutely fantastic.
The staff walked us through everything that we needed to know.
I could not get my speedometer to run when we arrived home and just one call later, the owner of the business turned up within an hour (at 5pm) to sort out a trivial issue. Sorted!
Now, when does a business ever look after its customers like that?
We are totally blown away and very excited with our new Cannondale Cycles, knowing that we are in very good hands.

Pleasant helpful service. The small repair had been slightly over-quoted on the phone, I was immediately charged the correct LOWER price before I had even realised!! Repair done in less than an hour! I wll defo be using this crew again!

I ordered a Large Tifosi Rostra Tiagra from WeCycle and had it delivered to my front door in a matter of days. Everything was fantastic and went so smoothly.

Once I opened the box and began setting up the bike (with what little there was left to do), I realised I had been sent a Medium sized frame. Upon contacting WeCycle I spoke to Gareth who immediately followed up and offered to collect and replace my bike for the correct size the next day.

I ended up deciding to keep the Medium frame as it was the perfect size anyway. This mistake was a blessing for me and also a really good reflection of the customer service provided from this retailer.

I definitely recommend doing business with them and once again I am grateful for such a beautiful bike! I got a great deal and I’ve enjoyed putting as much miles as I have been able to on the bike this far. I hope to do the same for many more years to come.

No faff! No technical jargon, awfully pleasant staff, set me up with the best budget bike I have ever ridden.

I knew nothing of Bergamont and nothing of Kenda Boost tyres, I'm just glad I listened to Tom, his advice to leave the supplied rubber on the bike, and just ride it.

After 3 day's of shakedown I cannot fault the Revox 3, I wanted to find areas I could improve the components on the bike, but really I'd be just throwing money away for no benefit.

Love the fact they held a bike for me until u could get back with a deposit, I had no idea I needed a bike, just happened to fit like a glove.

All the best guys, great shop and excellent cafe in house. 10/10

Took my wheel this morning to ask if they could pump it up and add sealant Gareth did it straight away while i had a coffee and a jam bagel !! Excellent customer services highly recommended !! Vince williams

Dropped in late on a Friday with a technical issue I couldn’t resolve myself and they sorted it out there and then! Top chaps, massively appreciated.

Called in yesterday for some advice on tyres and mudguards and spoke to John. He suggested I called back with bike so that advice was tailored to my bikes requirements for a planned tour. He was extremely helpful. Today called in and spoke to Terry from the workshop it was busy but nothing was to much trouble. He gave me really helpful and sound advice regarding the best tyres for my bike. He explained some of the issues I may come across fitting mudguards but offered to look into this further for me and get back to me. He supplied me with a stand, checking if it would fit my bike and modifying the fixing bolts for my bike as none were supplied. There was no pressure to buy anything. I ordered the tyres and later in the afternoon Terry rang me to check a couple of points. The workshop is obviously busy but nothing was to much trouble. I look forward to picking my tyres up, and hopefully a pair of mudguards when the correct ones can be sourced. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks.

Great shop, and the very nice guy in the repair department put a drop of oil on my bike chain for free when I called in with a squeaky chain en route to Anglesey!

On our tour from Conwy to Liverpool on July 31,2023 , the brake pads were totally worn out.The very friendly and helpful stuff in Conwy repaired this damage straight away, enabling us to reach Liverpool and Hull three days later without any problems. Thank you for the fast help from Germany! Dietrich

I took my Orro Pyro Roadie in for a Gold service. It was in desperate need of some deep TLC. The bike was creaking/knocking, it felt sluggish and my times were dropping.
It came back like a new bike. Rolls superb and the customer care was top draw. I recommend the Gold service or any service to get the bike rolling like new again. Awesome guys

My wife has just purchased 2 electric bikes as a gift from We cycles for me and herself. We would just like to thank John for all of his advice and knowledge in helping us to purchase these bikes, with no pressure and helping us choose the right bikes. We would definitely recommend this bike shop to anyone.

I had an emergency when 1 day into a 3 day cycle trip, my left pedal sheared off the crank arm. I contacted Halfords first (as that is who I originally bought the bike from) and they told me 2-3 weeks! I took it into We Cycle and Terry looked at it straight away and managed to find one that matched. He fitted it and it has been great ever since. Extremely impressed with the service I received and at a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone.

Came here two weeks ago and had a look at a Cannondale habit 3 and decided to order one. Some problems regarding delivery but end up well as I collected it today (18th April) and they looked after me from answering questions giving me some upgrade pedals for my inconvenience. So yes I would recommend we cycle. And people already asking what a nice bike I’ve got.

I bought a bicycle helmet here. The website was easy to use, with quick checkout, no mass spamming emails. The delivery was with a reputable/reliable provider and the item came within a day! It was also packed entirely with recyclable materials, box, paper filling and brown paper tape! A little note provided states they try to reuse/recycle packaging sent out to customers. First impressions have been really positive and commendable.
