This boutique offers walk in appointments and clearly states the no appointment messasary. Me and my bridesmaids travelled over an hour to visit Saturday morning only to be told there was a 2 hour wait to try on. I understand places can get busier periods but the time management was shocking. The staff were rude and the building its self lacked the bridal feeling. I’m only glad i didn’t waste my time looking for a wedding dress as well.

Went to Wed 2 Be in Bolton today for my 4 bridesmaids dresses. No appointment needed, just turned up and was really happy with the service. There was a lovely lady who helped explain everything to us, sorry I didn’t get her name. She was so helpful and friendly. We had lots of space and could try on so many different dresses. Really happy with the service. Ordered all 4 dresses from there. Very reasonably priced too. Can’t wait to pick them up

2nd time coming to the bolton store. I had a dress turns out wasnt the one. Went back and was greeted with a lovely smile and chats. Had to wait however was allowed to look at the dresses and was seen to earlier than expected! LOVED my experience LOVED every bit of my dress first one tried on and it made us cry! Thanks so much to Jenny who's made my day. I went alone and it was the best experience!
Crying again thinking of this moment! Couldn't recommend it enough!

From start to finish it was a pleasure she was so friendly and put me at ease straight away and when she asked what type of dress I was looking for she went away and brought me the perfect match.

I had such a lovely experience at wed2b Bolton. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel really comfortable and excited about the whole process. Jorja was especially amazing — she was so kind, patient and helpful while I was trying on dresses. She really listened to what I liked and helped me find styles that suited me perfectly without any pressure. It made such a special moment feel even more memorable. I’m so grateful for her help and can’t wait to wear my dress on the big day. I would definitely recommend this shop to any bride-to-be!

I bought my wedding dress on the 7th March this year and omg I was so nervous incase I wouldn't find anything. The first dress I tried on was the contender from the get go. But once I got to the last dress that was it. The one. It had everything I wanted. Im so in love with it. It made me feel like a bride , sexy and so confident and also sized down instead of up which made me feel even better!!! Thank you so much for this fantastic experience.

Went in November to pick my bridesmaid dresses was shown the process at the start then that was it. A couple of my bridesmaids where running late due to traffic and I felt as though the girls kept coming in to rush me as someone else wanted to look at bridesmaid dresses. We was there over an hour and offered no refreshments at all. I ended up not ordering the dresses from the shop as I just wanted to leave the girls just made us feel rushed and wanted us to hurry up for the next people. Even though you can’t book appointments you just turn up anyway. I ordered the dresses online and collected from store baring in mind these dresses are £120 each and I ordered 5… the dresses came on just cardboard hangers and just a plastic bag over them all together they didn’t even have proper dress bags with them. Definitely didn’t make my experience feel special as a bride picking dresses with my bridal party for the first ever time. Definitely put a damper on it.

The wed2be team at Bolton were excellent, well mannered and I found them very helpful with both my bridal gown and bridesmaid dress thank you so much for making this experience special for myself and daughter

Absolutely amazing experience in the Bolton store. Made me feel so comfortable and listened to everything I thought I wanted in a dress. Turned out I went for the complete opposite after trying on multiple! I was worried about the length of dresses with being 6ft 1 myself but never had any issue and found my perfect dress! Thank you!

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because we had to wait an hour and a half before a consultant could become available, at which point I was booked a time slot and told to come back later. I felt this defeated the purpose of not having to pre-book. Some of my relatives drove quite far to be there for me on this day, and we were also late to our pre-booked lunch afterwards. However, once a consultant (Jenny) became available, I honestly couldn't fault her, she was friendly, patient and listened to what I was thinking/visualising, and thanks to her, managed to find the dress I fell in love with. 5/5 for Jenny, thankyou!

Staff were lovely, made us feel very comfortable and excited for us, listened to what we wanted, our dresses arrived 2 weeks earlier than original plan, helped us massively! Very grateful and love our dresses, our big day in Gretna is in March so not long now

Has a fab experience on Sunday , I went in not expecting to find my dream dress but yet I came out with it and it was the first dress I tried on .

I visited the Bolton store last Sunday morning for my very first wedding dress experience, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing.

After waiting around an hour, I was told that I was not allowed to browse the dresses or look through them myself, and that the assistant would choose dresses for me instead. Only three dresses were brought to me, none of which reflected my style or preferences at all.

As this was my first ever experience of trying on wedding dresses, being unable to browse, explore, or feel involved in the process felt very impersonal and quite upsetting. What should have been a special and exciting moment felt rushed and disconnected.

I completely understand that stores have processes, but for something as personal and emotional as choosing a wedding dress, being denied the opportunity to look and choose for yourself took away the magic entirely.

It was quite deflating.

Amazing day consultant was perfect at her idea I came away with a dress i would never have looked at but absolutly fell in love with, thankypu 🙂

I went trying dresses on at the Bolton store on a Monday morning. Katelin was knowledgeable of styles, materials etc and really helped me find the one!
She was down to earth and friendly and made the whole experience for me and my mum very relaxed and stress free.
There was no pressure from any member of staff to buy, even though I did end up picking and putting a deposit down on my dream dress!
The shop itself was clean and tidy, well laid out with lots of choice! All staff were friendly and chatty and a big shout out to Katelin!

My bridal party and I had very mixed feelings about our experience at Wed2be. I'm not one to complain at all, but this was my (hopefully) once-in-a-lifetime experience of choosing a wedding dress. On entering, we didn't feel overly welcomed. But thankfully it was lovely and warm, so we were happy to get out of the cold. The lady supportive us was helpful and did help me to find the perfect dress. However, she may have been having a bad day, as she was lacking in enthusiasm and any smiles. There was no offer of drinks, not sure if this is usual. We were disappointed we'd missed the special experience of prosecco, excitement, and enthusiasm. I'm over the moon with my dress, just sad about the experience.

I went to bolton store this weekend and suna who help me and listened to what I wanted and I tried six dresses on and I like the last one that I tried on was dress i fell in love and thank you to suna to help me through it all and the staff are lovely and helpful and I would recommend this store

Visited the Bolton store today. I was very reluctant after reading lots of reviews but how wrong I was! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing with Rebecca and her colleagues ( such lovely ladies) they made myself and my bridesmaid feel completely at ease and really did go above and beyond for my wishes. I will definitely recommend!

I was quite nervous about the experience in general, I didnt know what to expect. But they made me feel so welcome and the lady who helped me (im so sorry I cant remember her name) was magic, its like she just knew what id love. I got my dress and i couldnt be happier! Thankyou
