I was happy with my experience at the Bolton branch. It was pretty quiet on the day I visited which made it lovely. Fortunately they had the exact dress I wanted in that day. It was possibly a size too big but I knew I could get that altered. I believe Sheryl looked after me and she was lovely and helpful. The set up of the changing rooms and sofas for guests to sit at are nicely laid out. I did buy my dress and was not pushed into purchasing anything else. I would say my only disappointment was that you don’t get to browse the dresses they are just brought to you and other than my most wanted dress everything else on my list to try on were not available so I was really glad it was there!

What a fabulous experience stunning wedding dresses well stocked in my size 18 the lady that served us was so lovely and New knew exactly what she was doing. Her name was Suna and she was so experienced and made me feel like a princess so much that I left with the wedding dress on the day thank you so much xxxxx

Suna at the Bolton store was fantastic today, she made my experience enjoyable and picked out the most amazing dresses that I loved and suited my shape! She explained the whole process and put me at ease straight away making saying yes to my dress a lovely memorable experience

The dresses are very beautiful, great quality and reasonably priced.

The service was poor, I felt rushed, it didn’t feel special, I felt pressured into buying the dress and made to feel like an inconvenience when wanting to try a few dresses on. I was made to feel like the dress would be gone if I didn’t buy there or then, which I now regret.

Be careful of the additions they add to your bill at the end as they don’t warm you about this but my dress was £799 but my bill came to £1200 with coat hangers, bags and storage box which I did not ask for. When I asked them to remove, they sniggered at me and made me feel cheap…..really humiliating!

I did buy the dress but feel the whole experience has no ruined this dress for me. They also don’t let you return dresses.

Having lost weight, I went in to find a dress with a quick turnaround. I didn’t know what style I wanted anymore as my old dress was hiding my figure. With the help of an assistant, I tried on 4 dresses and said yes to the dress. It would’ve been nice to have been offered a drink on arrival etc but my assistant was lovely so it didn’t take too much away from the experience.

Very welcoming. Showed lots of dresses. Very helpful. Listened to my wants in a dress and brought me dresses to try on that fit my ideas. Game me time to see how I felt in the dresses and time to decide. Also helpful with ideas that I might like.

Great service nothing was too much trouble felt comfortable not pressured would definitely recommend

Wow! I don't actually think I have enough words to say how amazing my experience was at the Bolton store. I attended with my Mum, Grandma, Auntie and Sister in Law (who is one of my bridesmaids) and we all loved our time in the store. We were greeted warmly and waited for around 10 minutes for our consultant. We were assigned the lovely Suna. She took her time to listen to my likes and dislikes, noted a couple of dresses I'd seen online that I liked and was able to pick a selection from the store that I'd have chosen myself. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and also easy to talk to. The second dress she picked was the one I said a huge "yes" too! I'd highly recommend the store to any future brides!
