Such a wonderful experience! First place I went and left with my dress! Very attentive and helpful and you don’t feel rush or pressured to get anything if you don’t want to. There’s space for all your loved ones and little ones too. 100% recommend (also if you are in a budget)

Tonya was amazing!!!!! I had the most incredible experience today. We were greeted by Rebecca, the Store Manager and she was friendly and polite as soon as we walked in the door. Tonya then took over and led my appointment. She listened to all of my views and was so excited for me. She helped me carefully try on multiple dresses until I found the one. Tonya you made this experience incredible and I will always remember the love and care you demonstrated to me today. It meant the world to me as I prepare for my big day. Thank you for your time, genuine interest and patience. God bless you! Also a thank you to both Rebecca and Hannah who were also so lovely and complimented me. I said yes to the dress woohoo!!!

I had my fitting with Mariya. I felt a bit overwhelmed at first as it was the first dress shop I went to and didn’t really know what to expect. But I soon felt comfortable as all the staff from the start were really welcoming and friendly. I showed Mariya what kind of dresses I had liked online. She picked a great selection. It was good to be able to try different styles of dresses. I wasn’t expecting to a buy a dress with it being the first dress shop I’d been to but Mariya found one that was perfect for me, even though it was a little different to what I was expecting to get for my wedding dress! I didn’t feel rushed and the whole space felt really comfortable. Mariya was also really helpful when discussing potential alterations and any questions.

The staff were great. On our arrival we received a warm welcome from a young lady, sorry I forgot her name. She Explained the process for the day, we were then taken downstairs to discuss my requirements. Liora took note and really listened to my likes and dislikes and took note of my body language. She made me feel so comfortable, no request was too much. Thank you for making me feel at ease throughout and for making my visit special.

Dacia and the rest of team were amazing at finding me the right dress. Friendly and accommodating staff.

We had the loveliest most memorable experience at Wed2b. What was supposed to be a ‘first browse’ to get some ideas turned into finding my dream dress and at such a reasonable price. My assistant Mariya was so lovely and attentive and knew exactly what to do to help me find my dress!❤️

Went home with my dress on a day I was 100% I won’t but anything. The experience in London was a bit different from the one I had in Milton Keynes, I was in a 2 hours queue but the wait was worthy! Dacia was very kind and experienced. I was opened to try other dresses that were not on my list and here we go, she comes with my dress👰🌸. The reason for my 4 starts is the fact that you “have to” pay for the hunger for the veil? And other packaging things, but shop in London all excellent!

I had the absolute pleasure of shopping for my sister’s wedding dress at the Marylebone shop, and let me tell you, it was a blast! 🎉 Tonya was a superstar—she made everything feel like a fun adventure rather than a stressful chore. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her good vibes were infectious! If wedding dress shopping could be an Olympic sport, Tonya would definitely take home the gold! 🥇 Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to have fun while finding that perfect dress! I had such a wonderful experience at Wed2B Baker Street and wanted to say a huge thank you to Hannah for making it so special. She was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, which made the whole experience feel so comfortable and enjoyable.
I was the first appointment of the day, and Hannah made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Her guidance and support really helped me find the perfect dress, I ended up saying yes on the same day!

Amazing place! Amazing staff, nothing was to much to ask for

All the staff at Wed2be Baker Street were so welcoming and lovely and made me feel so comfortable. My amazing stylist Kashish was so lovely and really understood what I wanted and honestly it made for such a lovely smooth easy process finding a dress I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! X

I first went to wed2be on the 27th Feb to look for a wedding dress and then again on 7th March to collect my wedding dress, Hannah attended to me and she was very helpful. She was very attentive and listened to my preferences, and even though I had chosen a dress the previous week, she understood that I wanted to try on more dresses to be sure that I had picked the right dress and she was very patient with me. I recommend wed2be, they have very beautiful dresses and I feel they are affordable. In all I had a lovely experience!

I was absolutely thrilled with my first visit to the St Paul’s location! My friends and I popped in on a Saturday lunchtime, and although we had a bit of a wait for our appointment, we were more than happy to enjoy a delightful lunch nearby. The team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience so enjoyable. I can’t recall the name of the stylist who assisted us, but she was absolutely lovely and so helpful! We adored all the dresses she suggested, and she paid such attention to every detail, from the underskirt to the veil and headpiece. By the time we reached the accessories. she knew exactly what I’d love! I found the perfect dress, though I decided not to buy it since it was my first time trying on dresses.

A few weeks later, we visited another place and then headed to the Bond Street location on another weekend. We waited about two hours again, but it was a great opportunity to go around the area. I believe Jane greeted us, and she was just lovely while checking us in. We then caught up with Kash and I showed her the dresses I’d tried on previously. She was so fantastic that the very first dress she brought me was the one I ended up purchasing! It was a tough choice between the dress from St Paul’s and the new one, but I ultimately chose the one Kash suggested.

Overall, the customer service is outstanding, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend wed2b to anyone looking for their dream dress!

I had seen somethings online about how pushy Web2b could be. However I couldn’t have had an experience further from that. Amber at the Baker Street London store was so helpful and not pushy at all.
She listened to all of my wants and dislikes and I found the perfect dress. I wanted to think about it so left without purchasing and I didn’t feel like I had wasted anyone’s time or that she felt frustrated. I was back within a week to purchase it all!

Aly was amazing. She was so patient with me and gave me lots of great options and advice. I 100% would recommend this experience to other brides. Thank you so much

Kashish and the other ladies who helped me find a wedding dress, were SO much FUN!! Kashish listened to my vision for the wedding, venue and specifically the dress. The first dress she brought out, I loved and was so close to being the ONE! I just wanted a little more lace on it. The ladies made my mum, 2 friends and I laugh so much, and made the whole experience one to remember! I would highly recommend Wed2Be
