Had a wonderful day today trying on many dresses with the lovely Courtney ! She was wonderful and made sure I had tried everything before I chose the one ! Thank you everyone xx

I bought my wedding dress from Wed2B on the 29th January and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. Kerry looked after me and she was absolutely incredible from start to finish.

She completely understood what I was looking for, listened properly, and made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole appointment. Nothing felt rushed, and I genuinely felt well looked after and supported while making such an important decision.

The whole experience was amazing, and I left feeling confident, happy, and excited — exactly how you want to feel when choosing your wedding dress. I can’t thank Kerry enough for her patience, care, and understanding. I would highly recommend Wed2B, especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Kerry.

3 stars only due to cheap prices. Went to buy a dress for my maid of honour. Terrible service, we didn’t get much help. Staff just seemed not interested, sitting in the back room. Every time we’ve asked for help or another dress seemed like a massive inconvenience. I’m just glad I didn’t go there to buy my wedding dress as that would completely ruin such a special moment. Really disappointing experience.

Niki is absolutely wonderful. So attentive to my likes and dislikes, she guided me to find the most beautiful dress and added an accessory to make it even more breathtaking. She has patience in abundance and was truly lovely throughout. Thank you Niki.

Every bride should be made to feel beautiful no matter of the cost this shop was reasonable my dress was 999 less than what going pay on my other dress I didn't purchase boxes as i couldnt afford that i did go away with a bag which was cheaper and didnt purcharse tiara and veil and underskirt they didnt have what i wanted in store i have now found same items cheaper but wed 2 be (Wednesbury) was properly my top shop to go to i visited how many shops tryed over 10 dresses and i had dress regret I made a big mistake choosing my dress to soon as I really wanted the dress out this shop I made a decision and went back to wed 2 be to see they had my dress they did even tho they said it might not be here when come again, I went straight into dressing room no queueing or waiting around from first experience to 2nd time going they did make me feel amazing spent lots of time didnt rush my decision they allowed me to go away talk to family about it but i didnt feel pressure at all i went back next day and I now got my dream dress only thing they did tell me alterations they do not do but offer local people to go to for alterations people in there are so welcoming i had someome called Courtney she was amazing and not sure who I had first time she was also amazing
,my word to every bride take your time choosing a dress I had dress regret and felt low in myself and stressed out but i feel better now i would say only take few people with you to try a dress on with you don't want to feel pressure from people but you are allowed to take as many as u like and go with your gut and no one else telling you what go for I regret going with my gut but I went with my dress of my dreams in the end.

I visited on a week day as soon as the store opened in the hope that it would be quiet. There were no other customers in the shop and I was helped by Natalie who was fantastic. She listened to my preferences and chose 4 dresses for me to try, I fell in love with and bought the 4th dress. I had a lovely experience and can't thank her enough.

As soon as we walked in, we was greeted and taken to the dressing room area, I had Kerry looking after me, she was really friendly, knew it was my first time looking at dresses, made me feel at ease, asked me questions to understand what would suit me best, took the time to listen to my feedback on the dresses we explored and allowed me to find the best style for me and I found my dress! Other staff members also came over and spoke about the dresses I was trying on, overall, friendly and a lovely experience.

My experience with Nicola in Wednesbury was amazing. Nicola was able to go through all my ideas and find the best dress for me. I said yes to the dress and can't wait to be wearing it in May. Thank you to Nicola and all the team for the best time and advice.

After seeing a dress online, I visited the Wednesbury store to see it in person. From the moment I walked in, the girls were lovely – from the warm greeting to getting me checked in. Aiysha looked after us and I honestly couldn’t fault her. She made me feel comfortable and found the exact dress I’d seen online.

After trying on just one dress, I found the one – I couldn’t be happier! I also came away with storage boxes and a bridal robe, which I absolutely love ❤️

Purchased our bridesmaids dresses today, absolutely brilliant service, dresses were amazing, thanks to Barbara who couldn't do enough for us, made us at ease and very helpful ❤️ x

Visited today and can honestly say the staff were lovely, very helpful and so welcoming.

Noma was amazing, she made my experience very positive. I feel like she really listened to what I was looking for, and brought out my perfect dress.

Alia was so brilliant from start to finish. She really listened to what I was looking for and showed me so many beautiful dresses before I found the one for me. She was so patient and lovely and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

I highly recommend wed2be and my personal consultant Courtney. Within seconds of me explaining what I was looking for she instanlty picked the perfect dress😍that fitted perfectly 🥰Courtney was absolutely amazing, tentative and exceptionally good at her job. She was honest, friendly, helpful and complimentary. There was no pressure to buy either. Definitely recommend future brides to visit this amazing shop all the staff are professional and friendly.

I was served by Courtney and she was amazing! I wasn’t sure what type of dress I was after but she knew exactly what to put me in. She not only catered to me but also my 4 bridesmaids plus my mother and mother-in-law. She made sure to take every opinion on board and give helpful tips and advice. I even said yes to my dress after trying on 4 dresses! There were plenty of styles to try on in my size and I’m especially looking forward to wearing my dress on my big day! All the other staff kept telling me how beautiful the dress looked on me and they were all very welcoming and friendly.

Holly was amazing, so helpful! I had a bad experience at a different outlet, and was so nervous about trying again.

I was made to feel so comfortable, and managed to find my perfect dress a lot easier than I was expecting. Cannot fault Holly at all

Courtney was great! I went in not knowing what I wanted. She was patient with me and made me feel at ease. She had great knowledge on the dresses and styles. After trying on a few I gave her a description of what I thought I did now want, she came back with a dress and smashed it! I ended up leaving with that dress. Courtney is brilliant at what she does and deserves a lot of credit.
