I now understand after receiving a response from my previous review that the delay was due to Royal Mail not Wedding Hats 4U which was, unfortunately despite paying extra for the postage it didn't arrive in time for me to wear it . Lovely colour would have been perfect had it arrived on time.

On the Monday of dispatch, our Royal Mail services were down all day. We sent priority orders (including yours) at the Post Office as an emergency measure. But, we were told it was too late to guarantee Next Day delivery.
I hope you understand that we did the best we could when Royal Mail had an unprecedented complete service failure.
