Wrong colour…The picture of the hat displayed as AZURE was most similar to TIFFANY BLUE or LIGHT TEAL; which I ordered based on the picture shown…but what I received was colour BLUE… Which is quite far from the LAKE GREEN, LIGHT TEAL, TIFFANY BLUE that was shown as picture of the hat…

Lovely hat, but too small and had to return. Fast delivery, and item arrived well packed and easy to return to box. Perhaps not such a big box was needed as it cost a lot in postage to return (hat was light, but box was classed as medium).

I found the returns process too difficult to navigate ( I am elderly and housebound with memory and cognitive difficulties). Maybe consider making this a little easier with less forms, I got confused.

Returns must be by Royal Mail and this was quite expensive (£8.05).

Only partial refund received so far? Have only refunded the item not standard delivery charge as per website. Have contacted the company about this, hope for reply soon!

Lovely, good quality item, wish overall shopping experience had been better, not so good in my opinion. Hence 2 stars, but would give 2.5 / 5 if possible. Not quite 3 star based on my shopping experience.

The hat with matching clutch bag arrived today happy with the delivery service I miss my slot so I collected the box from my sorting office.
The hat and bag are beautiful I know that my mother-in-law will be very pleased with both the Colour and the quality.

I have one of these hats in a different colour and it is the most comfortable hat I have ever worn. I am delighted with the new colour. I would also mention that there is a small toggle inside the hat with which you could slightly adjust the band inside. (I didn't need to do this).

Website was fairly easy to navigate. Good choice of colours and styles of hats and bags. I liked that they made it easy to find matching items. Order was processed and delivered quickly and items all arrived undamaged (though with minimal packing in the box. The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 start was the returns process wasn't obvious - I emailed twice but no response so eventually worked out where the web forms were but they didn't print fully. However the refund was then processed promptly. The hat and bag I have chosen seem very good quality at a fair price.

Hat arrived quickly. In this instance I didn't feel it suited me, and was able to return it and get my money refunded. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the return process seemed quite complicated

Ordered a hat. It came within two days, nicely packaged. I am thrilled with it as it matches a jacket i had bought last year, and it is perfect. Would certainly use this company again.

Unfortunately the hat I ordered wasn't suitable but the return process was easy and I received a refund quickly.

My order arrived and it is great, just what I wanted for my son's wedding in June. Delivery was prompt and items were well packaged. Will certainly recommend to family and friends.
