In light of the recent virus outbreak - I have e mailed them 4 times to enquire about coverage nd can't get through on the phone. Extremely concerning.

Excellent service, so easy to purchase the insurance. A few simple questions and it was done. Everyone planning a wedding should be encouraged to get wedding insurance as 2020 has surely proved!!

You take an age to reply to queries and you’re impossible to get through to over the phone.

Easy booking process. Hopefully won't need it, but the true rating of insurance products is when thkngs go wrong and you have to claim, so fingers crossed, I don't find out.

Such an easy process to sign up!

I had been looking at insurance policies and given the concerns recently with viruses, i reached out to the team by email. A few days later I got a response back with an apology for the delay as they were quite busy with queries.

The agent advised that I would be covered in the event that my wedding was cancelled because of this new virus but said that cover would cease for this 24 hours later. I thanked the staff member and proceeded to sign up online.

The process was very simple and easy to do and feel that the insurer acted sensibly in doing what they did given the high level of risk.

Slow in correspondence via email and unclear on specific details being asked for.

Easy to set up. Haven't had to use it yet (thank goodness!!) so haven't had any interaction with the claims team. But hopefully won't have to!

No Customer Service

There does not appear to be any customer service team. I have attempted to ring on numerous occasions to ask a policy related question and can not get through to anyone. I worry that if in the unfortunate event that I had to in fact make a claim would anybody respond ?

Very straight forward website, easy to navigate and complete forms.

Easy to sign up online. 5 stars in that respect but giving 3 stars overall because prior to signing up online, I tried calling their sales number so I could discuss the cover with somebody. Phone rang and I got as far as their IVR (press 1 for sales, 2 or..., etc), I pressed 1 for sales and was on hold for 25 minutes and nobody answered. Tried 3 times and same result. This was during business hours. Also tried other options and still nobody answered.
