Quick and easy to book. Good value and great piece of mind

Have rang four different times and haven't been able to speak to anybody yet. Have been on hold for 12 minutes at a time and all I want to do is ask a question before I buy. Have to work, so can't hold forever!
Would really concern me if I had to make a claim, so going to look elsewhere.

When purchasing the policy, I dealt with a very friendly representative. However, when I received an email confirming policy, it had my surname and my fiancé surname mixed up. I sent an email that day to request the matter to be corrected (very minor issue). I received a confirmation email the following day confirming that the IT section were going to correct it. The following day the policy was re-issued - with the same error. I emailed again to request it to be changed. I ultimately ended up calling the company that day and to the credit of the rep, said she would look into it and ring me when it was corrected. She duly rang me that evening to say it was sorted. I have since received my new policy.

Very user friendly website, all information very clear in front of you.

The prices for the packages are great and all packages cover everything you need, its brilliant well worth spending the few pound when your spending thousands on a big event!!!

I rang the helpline and spoke to one of the cutomer service officials who cleared up some of the policy terms and conditions which I wanted clarified. She was extremely helpful

Found the staff of weddinginsurance.ie very helpful in all areas and in any queries I had, which were not many as it is explained so well on their website. Fast, easy payment.

It's an inexpensive insurance to purchase. It's a great way to make sure you are covered just in case anything happens or there are unforeseen events. It's a simple process to purchase the insurance too.

I called to ask about some of the finer details on wedding insurance, how it works, what happens when it all goes wrong, what if various parties went out of business and so on - the phone was answered fast, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the transaction was painless and I have one less thing to worry about for next year.

Overall, I was very with the serrvice provided. The one problem I had was soorted with minimum fuss.

A real pleasure to deal with.
