In our Portuguese destination wedding venue's first three weeks after signing the contract with WeddingsOnline and getting our page operational on their web site we have very much appreciated the excellent and proactive professional service provided to us. WeddingsOnline has clearly been doing their best to improve our chances of being successful, providing us with helpful guidance and useful suggestions. Our wedding venue started receiving several enquiries from potential customers already within a week after joining WeddingsOnline. We are hopeful that some of these enquiries may later result in weddings organised at our venue. Scammers and fake reviews. I got scammed 100% I was told on the phone by Rory that the my payment is for the first 3 months + deposit and of course this was said over the phone. He obviously sounded genuine. Which was not the case when I wanted to cancel. Very short and didn't care what so ever that the money that they took from my account ( I was never told they saved my details either) more scams! Rory then said because I signed their contract. Nothing they he could do. He then tried to make it out he was doing me a favor by "terminating" my contract. BS, if I don't want to continue paying for something I don't have to and can cancel! Same with your internet contract! Now they won't refund even though I was told my contract is terminated..wheres my money then? They will be in touch with Phoenix law very soon!
