Excellent service and a quality staff member named Abid, very informative and respectful & work was carried out without any issues, highly recommend using this service.

Abid picked up my car today he was great ,made lots of conversation, helped me with my DVLA car transfer and was really great at ringing the company and making sure everything was perfect before leaving.

No communication, like the person below I had to do all the chasing. Act like they’re doing you a favour. AVOID.

Abid the driver we had collect our car was a very helpful guy who kept me up to date all the way through the collection process and was very professional.

Absolutely awful company. They said they would collect my car which I sold on Motorway, only to not turn up on the day and which I had called that morning to confirm collection. They did not call to let me know they were not coming, nor did they call to rearrange. I have had to do all the chasing and its now over a week and they still have not collected the car!!

Really impressed with the service provided by Shirajul Islam, he was extremely helpful and kind. Answered any questions I had and made the process smooth and stress free when dealing with the car dealer. Highly recommend.

This was our 1st experience selling a car with Motorway and I must say the process was smooth from start to finish. Abid the driver came to pick up our car . He was a lovely friendly man who is very professional , he contacted us the morning he was picking up the car and arrived on time with no delay , and text us when he was minutes away.
He did a thorough inspection and test drive and explained the whole process what would happen. He was very knowledgeable and even rang us the following day to inform us he had delivered the vehicle to the buyer.

My car was collected having sold it to a dealer via Motorway. Micheal arrived on time and clearly explained the process and his role in taking photo's for the dealer and checking documents. All his work was done efficiently and well.
He was rather let down by the dealer needing him to repeat the sending of photo's and haggling over the price having already agreed it - but this was not down to him and he made this clear which was OK with me. All round nice guy, polite and efficient
