Great experience with Abid, called first thing on the morning to give approx time and kept me up to date when 30 mins away. Also kept me up to date while reviewing the car.

Great service

We deliver cars collected my vehicle after selling through Mototrway. Abid kept me informed leading up to the collection and arrived on time. Abid was professional and polite, he explained what he needed to do to carry out his assessment. Very pleasant experience.

Used them through motorway. Gavin was a gent, so polite and friendly. Although I did offer to collect him from the nearest train station so he didn’t have to walk the rest of the way (I live a bit remotely).
Despite acknowledging that I said this and saying they’d pass this on, they didn’t, leaving the poor bloke to walk half a mile up a very big hill.

I have been employed buy them and did not reimburse my travel cost really poor company and told incorrect information

Wayne was extremely friendly and considerate and kept me updated throughout the day on the time of his arrival which matched the time slot I was told the day before the collection.
He completed an efficient inspection and test-drive and ensured payment from the dealership was in my bank before he left with my M140i.
All round great service made the sale of my car on motorway a very positive process.

Shaquille Roberts who collected my car today was an absolute credit to the business. He looked smart, kept us informed us of his arrival time & was polite with excellent communications. No stress.

Very easy way to sell a car. Lloyd came to our house was very well mannered and portrayed himself very well. Had a thorough look round our car and took it for a test drive. He then went through his process that goes to the dealer and made the whole transaction very smooth. Money was received with no hassle within minutes of the report being sent. I would definitely recommend this service.

Introduced himself presenting his company ID card, explained how the service works took me trough the process and waited until the money for the car show up on my account only then he drove off.

Professional and friendly service. Abid messaged the night before collection to give us a time frame and then confirmed his ETA in good time, first thing in the morning. Once he had inspected the car and had had an accompanied test drive, Abid advised us on paperwork and was happy to wait until we had confirmation of receipt of payment. Thank you for a stress free service, Abid.

Motorway instructed WDC. Michael was the man, and I can't fault him, although my slight deafness and his Glasgow accent didn't mix too well! He called to advise me that he was a few miles away, and then again when he arrived in the local town. I picked him up to save him a 1.5 mile walk (no buses here). He was courteous and helpful throughout, delivered the car this morning, and I've been paid. What's not to like?

What an absolute joke of a company. They cancelled the collection of my car 2 hours into the 4 hour window and moved it to 3 days later, meaning I had to take out temporary car insurance for 3 days and take another day off work. They have refused to cover the cost of the insurance, but are very sorry!!!! Sorry doesn't pay the £50 insurance bill I'm now saddled with.
