They will collect your car when it suits them and you will need to be at home with all the time in the world for at least a week .

We Deliver Cars hire their own self employed trade plate drivers as a way of exploiting slave labour and getting around UK employment laws.

I worked 60hrs for my first weekone day was for 17.5hrs and ended up not earning a penny for the week's work. They don't pay for travelling time between jobs. They are also supposed to pay fuel costs up front. They didn't renew my fuel float after it had run out.

I also had to pay travel costs up front and one job amounted to £60 including a £39 taxi fare.

They've also kept a £200 trade plate deposit and do far have been unwilling to confirm if the plates have been returned to them. I am unable to resolve this issue until WDC pull their finger out and let me know if they haven't received the trade plates.

Abdul was very pleasant and polite. He was very respectful and explained the process expertly and put us at ease. He is a great asset to the company. He is a 10 in his knowledge.

I started working for this company they make out like you can earn good money but they just rip you off make you pay for your puplic transport then only pay you half of the money back left me stranded 5half hour away from my home adress as a car failed then was said to get your self back home know as PT HOME this is one of thr worst company I have ever work for I wouldnt work for this company done a weeks work and payed £62 after deduction from your salary its just a shambles

Abdul collected my van today which i sold through Motorway. I wasn't sure how it worked but Abdul made the whole process very easy. He explained everything with detail and is a very friendly and approachable guy.

I Used we delivercars when they picked up the car I sold through Motorway. Michael was extremely helpful, polite and efficient with the vehicle checks and test drive. Process took about 1 hour

I applied for trade plate driver/vehicle assessor role and the whole process was simple. Mathew roper was very helpful with the whole process and sent me all details required for the induction in addition to all the links to upload my documents. MR Jamie Alexander is an absolute legend . He trained me and a few other guys on the role, the company policy etc. he made the whole training process easy as 9 to 4 training seems long but it felt like nothing due to his communication skills. I can’t stress enough how friendly Jamie Alexander and Matthew roper are as I already felt like I was part of the we deliver cars family and I can’t wait to be a valuable member to the team. Thank you Matthew roper and special thanks to Jamie Alexander for having me a part of your team and I can’t wait to start working with the company .

Poor communication. I messaged the company soon as they emailed with the timings stating I would be out till 1.30pm, no reply. At 1130 of the day the driver text to say he would be here after 12, so I texted back saying I was out till 1.30. No reply!!
I then tried calling him, no reply!! I called the office at 1530 to be told he’d gone back. The young girl on the phone said someone would be in touch to rebook, why could I do it there and then? Reply, someone will be in touch!! Had a text message later that day with just 1 option which we can’t do. So replied No, not sure if it’s gone through. Really poor communication with this company, not the best experience so far.

Philip came to view and access my car on behalf of Motorway. Extremely thorough but very respectful. The whole process from start to finish took and hour including the test drive.

A really easy car pick up with Abid. He was excellent, great communication and was able to be flexible with his collection to help us out. Would throughly recommend.

Driver notified me of eta arrived promptly, did test drive and completed all paperwork within an hour and payment was made. Would recommend the Company and driver

No communication I sold my car through Motorway. This company was assigned to collect my car. I have waited nearly a month. They have cancelled twice this time on the day and didn’t even bother to contact me. It was only when I was sat at home waiting and decided to ring for an update they told me no one was coming.

Poor communication, office staff unable to answer questions and no call back as promised. Could hear office staff laughing and playing around in the background. Car smelt of cigarettes and there was an energy drinks can on the floor. Car had been driven 90 miles but driver had had it over the weekend and done over 200 miles in it.

Driver when he got here was wearing jeans, a vest and trainers, was moaning about the company not paying him and how he then had to pay to get all the way back home which was 5 hours away as there was no work.

I sold my car through Motorway and this company was the one that collected my car. They sent me an email informing the collection date (i gave them my availability) and 3 days before they sent a text message with the 4hour collection window. In total it was 7 days from giving them my availability and the collection day.
On the day the driver contacted me saying is ETA and asked if i could pick him from the station (which was fine as he could test drive the car on the way back to my address). He then checked the car and took some photos. Called the buyer to confirm everything was as described. He only left with the car once I confirmed the payment was on my account. He also made sure i knew how to inform DVLA of the sale.
It can be intimidating to pick up a stranger and let them drive your car, but he was very nice and professional and made the all experience positive.

Tesla company car delivery: Tesla texts and App showing delivery for 16/11. I received a message from this company at 4pm on 15/11 to say delivery 18/11 so I have no car for the weekend and will need to cancel work appts on 18th for meetings that day. Text came from a number I couldn’t reply to with no company name. Useless! It’s Saturday, after finding delivery company I tried to call their office….theyre closed!!! @Tesla seriously. Excellent service from Tesla but why are you letting it down with a dreadful delivery company that causes huge inconvenience with its non existent communication. Look at this company’s reviews on Google if you want an honest opinion where they score 2*!!! We DON’T deliver cars
