Tesla company car delivery: Tesla texts and App showing delivery for 16/11. I received a message from this company at 4pm on 15/11 to say delivery 18/11 so I have no car for the weekend and will need to cancel work appts on 18th for meetings that day. Text came from a number I couldn’t reply to with no company name. Useless! It’s Saturday, after finding delivery company I tried to call their office….theyre closed!!! @Tesla seriously. Excellent service from Tesla but why are you letting it down with a dreadful delivery company that causes huge inconvenience with its non existent communication. Look at this company’s reviews on Google if you want an honest opinion where they score 2*!!! We DON’T deliver cars

Expecting a car delivery to my home address tomorrow (Sat), I just received a txt from a number that I can't reply to, to say it'll be Monday when I won't be around. No contact details provided at all.

4* as they should have collected on one day & it got to 4.30pm, I chased and was advised the driver wasn’t going to make it … after I’d waited in all day. However, collection was arranged the following day and they arrived when advised & was a fairly smooth transaction (only issues were with dealership. Nice friendly guy.

Start to finish experience was great, was emailed a time slot, then the driver called me on the day with a more specific time, the office also called to confirm.
Driver took the car and gave me specific instructions on what to do next, he showed his ID badge and introduced himself on arrival. I also left my sons iPad in the car which was posted back the me the next week! Thanks so much

A driver named Michael collected the vehicle I sold from my address. He was prompt in arranging a suitable collection time and punctual in visiting my premises. He was extremely professional and thorough in examining the car and communicating with the buys. He advised me on the next steps and even provided assistance in how to process the sale at the correct time. Excellent service!

Grashan Mahesan picked up the car and was really good. Kept me informaed on when he would arrive, was always good at explaining and quickly went through the checks he had to make and made sure the moeny was transferred. Great Guy. Strongly recommend him.

I arranged to met Abid locally in my car and we travelled to my house. I was a little nervous but Abid put me at ease with the process. He was really friendly but professional during his assessment of the car. Everything went as planned and the sale went through without any glitches. Motorway were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended.

They did not reimburse my travel cost weekly was always an issues or some discrepancies regarding my this . They didn’t pay back the £200 deposit they took for the trade plates poor company poor communication between drivers & customers. This would result to an unsatisfied customer which is turn is going to take their anger out on the driver not the people sitting behind the desk in an office in the midlands chatting a bag of s**t. Worst company in the trade business avoid at all cost.
