WeeBox is a fun way to get a taste of Scotland delivered to your home. The Scottish products make for a nice surprise, and their customer service is responsive. However, there can be occasional issues with delivery, though they do work to resolve them. Overall, it's a decent subscription service, but there is room for improvement.

Very bad experience. I asked
stopping once. They were just suspended for 1 month. Then they started sending and invoicing again despite my emails since September 2024. The company has continued to send me boxes for more than 3 months even though I requested the closure of my account on their site and suspended shipments. I also sent 4 emails which remained unanswered in which I specified that I requested the closure of my account and the cessation of sendings. Still no response. I just received a new box...but I can't afford to return it. Run away! You may be attracted to the concept at first but the result is that one is trapped. There are bad similar reviews on this site.
. Just a shame ! Brexit is not our responsabilité.

I had an issue with my order being sent back. I got a hold of customer service and they were fantastic! They tracked my order and resent my box. Even with the huge time difference, I'm in the US, they responded in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with not only my subscription but the customer service they provided. Thank you again!

In my opinion it isn’t worth the price. I got a few things I just threw in the garbage because I had no use for them. The gloves( 14.99 value) were the only good thing in the box. What would I do with a banner? Value $22.00 😂

This is one of my guilty pleasures that I experience monthly.
I found Weebox through Outlander on Twitter and thought what do I have to lose? I figured it would be a cultural education. I couldn't be happier and can't complain about what I've received.
I've even have reordered some of the snacks I've sampled. OMG, The Tablet is an out of body phenoma.
It comes close to the French desserts my mother made.
I've shared everything with family and we ration things for savoring and it's dangerously suburb.
I recently had the Samhain wax/oil warmer chip enroute and reported it to customer service. They were very prompt in addressing the problem. Morag was on point,very sweet, and a pleasure to deal with.
Additionally, I couldn't help but chuckle in the Outlander vein when I saw Morag.Will she come over to America by plane or a ocean passage? 😳🥹😂
Lastly, I will recommend this pleasure to anyone who's interested.

Subscribed to a 12-month subscription back in September & cancelled the same day. Status said the cancellation was pending and so I assumed things were taken care of. I received no emails about it until a month later when I get a random email from the Royal Mail informing me that I had a package coming from Scotland. Turns out the company never cancelled my order. It had been a whole month! They had an entire month to cancel the box but they chose to ship it anyway even with the subscription status clearly stating that cancellation was pending. It apparently had stayed in that status for the whole month & at the end of Sept, instead of cancelling my order, they just sent it anyway without even informing me. How many other customers has this happened to? Had I known this was going to happen, I would have immediately cancelled the payment & told them not to ship the box but I assumed cancelling the subscription per their website instructions was sufficient. It's evidently not. Keep careful track if you try to cancel items & think it's taken care of--it likely isn't.
Buyer, be ware.
UPDATE: Can't afford to ship back to UK. The cheapest estimate is four times what I paid for the box. Postal worker informed me this is a common scam among European mail marketing companies. DO NOT ORDER from WeeBox--you'll regret it like I do.

WeeBox is simply the best company! I’ve been receiving monthly shipments for the past two years and couldn’t be happier with the products I receive.
Recently my monthly shipment didn’t arrive to my home, but it was delivered somewhere nearby. After getting no service from my local mail carrier, I reached out to WeeBox to see if I could purchase the main item I wanted in the box that month. Well, WeeBox went much further and let me know they would send me the box without charge! Imagine having the entire box replaced! I was over the moon. Their customer service goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you, WeeBox!

I have been getting boxes for the last few years and usually pleased with them but this past year I’ve noticed the actual boxes are half the size. Items aren’t the quality they used to be either. Too bad but I’m not renewing my subscription again… just not worth the money anymore

I received our WeeBoxes and could not be happier! There was a glitch with shipping but after I emailed with a question regarding arrival date, Morag followed up and soon the delivery delay was sorted. The boxes were a treat for our 25th wedding anniversary and both my husband and I were thrilled with the contents of the boxes. I ordered the April box in mid-March. I have contacted Weebox several times since and I still have no box and no shipping information. I finally heard from the company just a few days before April was over. The only update I got was that my box shipped that day (the day they finally responded 🤔) and I would receive an email with the shipping information soon (I’m still waiting for that email too). They did also say that it was due to some items from the box being delayed and that they had sent a precious email about it the week before, but I received no such email. I love the concept of this box but my experience has been a huge disappointment, and the lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating. I have since asked for a refund and again, no response. Sadly I do not recommend Weebox.
