I heard of these advertised on a facebook group about the electric blankets. Was dubious at first as I had never heard of them before, however, I had no need. Very affordable. Quick delivery. Highly recommended

Heated blanket has broken, and so far been sent two replacement controllers, also broken. 17 days in and I'm still at square one, just with additional faulty goods to dispose of.

Ordered a Lego Type Advent Calendar for my Boy. Arrived in just a few days, and the quality of the Blocks is on par with real Lego. The kit builds 24 small items that can then be dismantled and built up into 4 larger Christmas themed items. Excellent

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they also operate on amazon under the name GUARANTEED4LESS... Such a horrible company to deal with if anything goes wrong they make you jump through hoops to accept a return if its damaged and then they tell you you have to pay for postage..... Just look at their reviews on the net will tell you the whole story.. Spend a couple of pound more and get a better service and avoid a headache There are plenty of sellers to choose from

Bought a heated blanket in January. Have already been in touch previously about it not working properly. Emailed again recently as it's now barely working and was asked to return it unused.... impossible considering it was bought in January. Return costs to be paid by me so I haven't bothered as the costs are so high. Good customer service goes a long way and this certainly isn't good!

Having bought from this company many times in the past, with no problems, my latest purchase has not gone well.
One of the items arrived damaged (I imagine whilst in transit and due to poor packaging provided), and another not at all. After many back & forth emails that item subsequently had gone out of stock and I was meant to be refunded for it. However now 2 weeks later, no refund has been made.
Not sure what is going on with this company, as I say have purchased many times before. That's the thing about customer services - you only know how good a company actually is when something goes wrong!
