The latest packet I bought I noticed small hard bits in my mouth, very unpleasant. Never experienced this before so they have definitely changed things and certainly not for the better. Unfortunately... See more

I have been a consistent consumer of Weetabix in Canada for years. The recent change in recipe has made me pause future purchases. These biscuits were renowned for being dense in consistency. With the... See more

Weetabix have let capitalism ruin their product. When they’re more concerned with profit than quality. They’ve changed the “recipe” and made them worse. They’ve also made them lighter and less dense so they suck up the milk quicker than you can pour it turning them instantly into mush. That’s me done with weetabix after nearly sixty years of enjoying them. Now they just make me angry. Considering how expensive they are and the packs are reduced from twelve biscuits to ten the big box used to be 72 now it’s sixty. They just feel like a rip off now. Bye bye weetabix, I’ll miss you.

Just nearly lost a tooth on an un-milled grain which is the last straw! Talking of straw…. Everyday I’m picking bits of inedible chaff out of my breakfast. Looks like the product is being bulked out with parts of the wheat that aren’t edible to increase profit margins.
Never take the mickey out of the end user, they will not put up with it!

I was unaware that the wheatabix recipes had been changed, added proteins stated on the outside pack of wheatabix where so hard, I almost choked because they didn't dissolve, plus it was like biting on hard pellets which hurt my teeth. I do hope the public can still buy the original wheatabix that we've always loved. This is the concerns of our full family, our grandchildren couldn't eat them. Potential choke hazard.
The great Weetabix rip off !
Weetabix has been on a diet, got thinner and not as compressed. The sleeves which have always been in 12’s are now 10 and a box of 72 is now 60…and the same price ! Did you really think the consumer wouldn’t notice ?
What SEEDS IN WEETABIX
What ! Have you done Weetabix with bits of irritating SEEDS in your product. All stuck in your teeth, horrible addition. Not buying anymore....

EXCELLENT UK CUSTOMER SERVICE
Been eating Weetabix off & on for almost 50 years.. after all that time I have only just had a disappointing experience. Which was an issue with packaging. One of my Weetabix "tubes" . The auto machine that packs them had a malfunction. The package suffered an open seal . But I have still given 5 stars . Because 50 years of quality is an excellent record. To top it off , after I had brought this quality control issue to Weetabix's UK customer team they got right back to me . With a fantastic complimentary voucher to redeem 2 replacement purchases of Weetabix. Also an apology. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Thanks especially goes to KYLIE ENGLAND for handling my concern.
So carry on eating Weetabix everyone. Let's hope my Weetabix quality issue was a small one . Well done Weetabix. Keep it up . ❤️.
Ps ... I don't work for Weetabix in any way. I actually work for a rival company that I am not allowed to mention. So I know the importance of quality control, customer complaints etc.
More than 60 years eating my Weetabix.
I have just realised that I have been eating 2 biscuits of Weetabix virtually every day, and sometimes also for supper since I was 7 or 8 years old. I'm now getting on for 70 years and I almost never miss my two biscuits every day. Amazing how some things are just a part of life.
Keeping it loose with Weetabix
Since I was a kid, I have been eating Weetabix, and it is deffinately my favorite breakfast, hot or cold, sprinkled on my yogurt or mixed with other cereals to add more nutritional content. Its fiber-ridden content is also great for preventing constipation when eaten regularly. There are other weet biscuits on the market but can never replace Weetabix, with its own distinctive taste one would only expect from Weetabix.
