I purchased a suit from Wehilion and didn’t receive the suit. I contacted them about not receiving the suit. They emailed me they would send me a tracking number, which I never received. Then I looked up their return policy you have seven days to return the suit. At this point I would like my money turned to me

I recently purchase a suit from this phantom website ( on Feb 26) for a 6-9 free delivered, I did never received nothing and they said that my order has been delivered, I did cancelled also the order and they said the order has been sent, I'm still waiting for that. Please do not purchase anything from them , save your time and money.

I would never purchase another merchandise from this company. Their products are inferior.
I receive the suit I purchase all crushed up and wrinkle. The size was too small.
I reached out to them indicating that the material was inferior and I need to return the suit, with a full refund.
They kept sending me emails.offering me, to not return the product with a 30percent refund. I need a full refund and I do not want the cheap ass suit in my possession.
Please be careful with this company. They are not reputable and they are stealing g your money. Do not purchase anything from them.

Actually one of the best brand, quality and innovative are most relevant elements of this brand.

Since I discovered the brand I can no longer do without it, attention to detail, quality in fabrics and elegance and refinement. The comfort is absolute and I highly recommend that you buy the brand's clothes for the excellent value for money.

Crooked to the core...These crooks charged me for a custom suit and sent me the generic size. When I question them they advise it would take longer. I asked for my money back and they refuse to give me my money back. STAY AWAY from these crooks! I have all of the email correspondence.

I thought I was receiving a VERY NICE SILK EMBROIDED shirt, However, I received dollar Tree material. The photo is NOTHING like what I received. My shirt looked as if I made it from Dollar Tree in a kindergarten class. No refund, no response, No help. VERY VERRY poor customer service. If there was zero stars, they would get a half of that! $210 WASTED!! Now I can't attend the event I was suppose to be apart of. Definitely don't ever order from them! I need someone from their team to respond to me ASAP!

I purchased two suits from Wehilion and both came to me 2 sizes too smalll, the jackets were cut at my waist, and button holes unfinished. The so-called “seersucker” material was flimsy. I tried to get a refund and the company said no because it was past the 24 or 48 hours from receiving it. It came when I was deployed out of state! Never again!

ordered a suit, received lots of emails telling me it was on its way .......... NOTHING EVER ARRIVED.

Funny enough the emails stopped once I complained.

They have basically stolen £99 from me.

A shameful, despicable company, may Karma pay you back ten fold

Bought a suit. Looked nothing like the photos. Complained on same day and asked for a refund as per their returns policy. They refused and then stopped contacting me. Seem like cheap suits from abroad. Would avoid like the plague

No stars if that was an option. Terrible suits and after care support. Suit arrived 27 days late. It was completely see through. Couldn’t even use it as a pair of pjs. Still waiting my refund. Don’t think this site is even legit with regard their customer service. The only reply you’ll get in “thank you for your love and support”
