Excellent site with lots of ideas, background information, and forums to keep you motivated alongside other members. Nutritional info includes protein, fibre, sugars, fats etc so you can check that you are getting the right amounts of everything -weight loss isn't just about the calories😀. And it caters for those who want to maintain their weight as well as those who want to lose. I've been a member for ten years, losing weight and maintaining the lower level by going back to counting calories after vacations and business trips.

I have used Weight Loss Resources successfully for years and used it to bring my weight back into a healthy range. Due to vision problems I was forced to leave it for a time but recently returned. It does help establish good habits and offers a lot of community support

Good sensible advice. Support is all of a positive nature unlike the ‘guilt’ emphasis which can be prevalent in some slimming classes.
Lots of encouraging advice and motivational advice. Just wish I had time to read it each day.
Help team are only a phone call away.
The scientific facts are really clearly expressed and it’s easy to see where one can overeat and not make best use of calorie allowance and then correct bad habits.

Excellent, it's so easy to use and it makes losing weight very achievable. I love how easy it is to update the calorie counting food diary, and to be able to include your own recipes and new food items is brilliant!
The challenges are a fun and easy way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine, and not too hard to complete, with the support forums and WLR team in the background to help when you need that extra boost!
Being able to see your progress and weight loss journey is so encouraging it's fantastic.
What's not to love about WLR!

This is a good programme I have followed the GI index diet and have lost a stone in weight. The information and storage of this information is great. To be able to monitor my weight loss and log what I eat is so simple to follow,and for it to be calculated and stored so I can see progress is really encouraging .
