App highly inaccurate and fair amount of considerations not factored into tailoring solutions. It’s more of a one size fits most solution, which is not conducive to success, for me anyway.

The support I have on the Med Plus program is wonderful. My communication with a care team is excellent. I don't feel like I'm doing this alone.

I have to sign into 2 different apps / sign in every time I get a message, the weight doesn't share over the two and the reminder I got was from the pharmacy not WW. All and all could be a better less confusing experience.

I enjoy the apps ease and versatility helping me with tracking water, food, movement. It helps me make better decisions.

I am a med plus member. My insurance approved a GLP1 medication but only on a tiered schedule. My provider decided to keep my second month at the initial dosage and now my insurance won’t cover it. I contacted my care team three weeks ago about this and they said they would submit paperwork to the insurance to get it taken care of. As of today, they still have not submitted the paperwork so I’m not only 3 weeks without my prescription but also paying for a membership that I’m getting nothing out of.

I have been provided with timely communication and was guided to a medication that can work for me without the side effects that I experienced with other options.

I got conned into the med plus program, and the service is less than average so far. Now I’m stuck with it. The app changed and is harder to use… I struggle with it. The old one was so much easier to find things on. I used to love weight watchers, now I’m quite disappointed.

The communication is terrible. Having to wait a day or two to get a response is extremely inconvenient. And then having to speak to so many different people makes me feel like I am speaking to bots and not actual people.

Everything is going well. It took a little time to get things moving forward with my meds, but it is all great now. I also really value the nutritionist, Beth Smith that I worked with and will continue the monthly check-ins moving forward; we tackled a lot of my concerns, especially when it came to tracking, adding fruits and veggies into my dailies and working on at lease 30-minute walks 3xs a week. I'm still struggling with tracking (but do see the value), adding more fruits/veggies is better and walks have been great! All in all, I'm moving forward.

I have been a member of weight watchers for many years. I love their app and trust their advice from their medical professionals.

With all that I have going on. Weight Watchers has been keeping up with my progress and keeping in touch with me.

All has been good except the timeliness of shipping. I have run out of medication and will remain out for 5 days. This is my first month on the medication.
I’m on automatic payment so automatic shipping should not be a problem.

• Issue 1 — After meeting with my clinician and telling her that the 1.5mg tablet I received from Ro was not effective and that we agreed that we should do a 4mg dose, she prescribed a 1.5mg dose.
• Issue 2 — I informed the care coordinator that I need a 4 mg dose, right away, but the 1.5mg was ordered. Clinician ordered the 4mg dose, but I paid for the 1.5mg and 4mg dose.
• Issue 3 — I would think that the Rx would be on an automatic refill, but I reached out to reorder. My Rx was sent to some address in Alabama instead of where I live in Rhode Island so I ran out for several days.
• Issue 4 – The app is very confusing. I sign up for the Med+ program and receive no direction. What am I suppose to do with all this information? It’s very confusing and not a user-friendly process.

It’s hard to reordering. My card expired and I went to change my payment method and had trouble with it ? It wouldn’t load ? I tried again with help and still don’t know if the new payment method went in ? Now I will be without my meds for awhile until I can figure this out .
