The positive reviews here on Trustpilot are all invited reviewers and not genuine. This company is deliberately deceiving people by advertising a book that will never be sent to you.
During the advertisement of the Welcome Baby book only a hardcover version is advertised. Every photo and video shows a sturdy hardcover book. There is no option between a paperback or a hardcover version shown or mentioned.
So when a customer pays the USD79.99 they assume it's for the advertised hardcover book.
The digital ebook and subscription are shown as added FREE gifts, whether you want them or not.
However, after payment is complete, there is suddenly an pop-up option to pay an extra USD24.99 for a hardcover book, which is deceptive as that is never mentioned beforehand. I did not agree to the additional payment as I assumed I had already paid for the advertised hardcover version with the USD79.99
At no stage in the ordering process was a space to enter a shipping address either, so it's literally impossible for them to send me any physical items.
I contacted customer support and requested a cancellation, if my order would not include the hardcover book.
The response was that I could pay the additional money for the hardcover version. When I explained that I was not prepared to be upcharged for false advertising, they said that a refund is not possible, because I purchased digital goods.
This is where it gets fraudulent, as the digital goods were added as FREE gifts that were not even a choice.
Please stay away from this company as you will not receive what you expect!

Don’t buy the baby book! SCAM!
I found the payment process on Welcome Baby extremely confusing. There are numerous ads and add-ons presented throughout checkout, and it’s difficult to bypass them. While trying to skip through these offers, I accidentally purchased both the app and a hard copy of the book—neither of which I wanted.
I contacted customer service immediately to explain the mistake, but it took them some time to respond. When they did, they stated that because I agreed to the terms and conditions at checkout, they would not issue a refund.
Unfortunately, the book itself was also disappointing. It only covers up to the first three months and didn’t provide much value. In total, I spent $133, which felt like a complete waste of money.
Overall, this was a very negative experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this company due to the confusing checkout process, lack of refund flexibility, and underwhelming product.

Pretty Easy
Once I figured it out, it was pretty easy. I can’t wait to see my son’s reaction when he gets this for his daughter. This is our first grandchild so this is extra special and I also like the fact that you could put a personal message in it. I would recommend this to everyone.
