The driver was very responsive to my text in the evening before my ride. He didn't really know English but we used the translation app so it was ok. He had a sign with my name on it which was helpful. Other drivers there did not have a sign with names. He did walk me into the airport which was helpful.

Supportive customer service

Our driver was amazing! He notified us the day before the trip of his name and the time he would pick us up. He helped us load all our luggages into the car and we had a great conversation. He was fluent in English and even prepared cold waters and popular chocolate for the trip. He drove safely and got us to our destination in time. I definitely recommend this service!

We used Weclome Taxi for our travel during a recent trip to Italy. We were traveling with a large group of 10 so it was economical for us to pool our money for private transportation.
Our driver was Francesco. He was a great communicator before arrival and upon arrival. Very responsive via text. Speaks multiple languages so very easy to communicate with. Very safe drivers and comfortable vehicles. Highly recommended. Private travel may be a little more expensive than traveling by train, but for the comfort and space for luggage, it's well worth the extra money.

Vans were on time waiting for us.
One of the Vans was too small only for 4 people. Fortunately on member of my family did not joined us. But we were able to manage with the other two vans.
I know that we were in Germany but they were all speeding too much and on the constantly using the mobile. I ask to please stop speeding on my return and they did it. We had to do one extra hour because the service at the restaurant was too slow. They charged us 300 euros. I think it is expensive, of course i paid them, it was not worth it to get into a discusion with them in my vacation.
For 1800 usd I thought i was going to get better vans and drivers.

Everything was according to what we agreed. The driver met us at the airport and the vehicle was large enough for the 4 of us with good amount of luggage space.

On the website of this company there are knowingly implausible (underestimated rates). When the customer confirms the booking and makes payment, they start sending letters about the increase in price and send links for additional payments. Eventually their offer becomes completely uninteresting. On their website there is almost no information about the rules of service provision. It is impossible to get through to the phone number provided for communication. When an order is placed, the reply emails come instantly. They prefer not to reply to emails with clarifications about order cancellation.

Welcome Taxi was so great! They were responsive to my questions during the reservation process, and even during my flight from the US to Italy when I had concerns about possibly missing a connecting flight. The driver they lined up was so polite and professional, the van was clean and safe, and it was a relief to know that my family and I would get to our hotel after a long day of travel without having to worry about a thing. 10/10 would recommend!
