Driver waited with a sign although I came out late. Took us promptly to the hotel.
The car however was quite worn down but maybe expected given the relatively low price of the service.

Our driver for the airport pickup was over 20 minutes late. I had to track him down through WhatsApp and he said he was almost there while we waited another 10 minutes. I then messaged him after the 10 minutes telling him I was going to cancel and he finally arrived. This is the exact opposite of scheduling a driver.

Great experience! Fast response and also Nicolas was very good and helping me finding alternative transportation when my original one I booked was inaccurate. The pick up was smooth and even though the driver didn’t know English he made an effort with translation apps so that we were able to communicate. He was on time and very professional.

Asked for a driver to get me to Lviv. Hello taxi was able to organise one at short notice. And the driver was waiting for me when I arrived, and helped me with my bag. He drove safely and offered to stop whenever I needed to.

The driver was very friendly. He got me quickly to my hotel from the airport and helped me find the check in desk at my hotel which was not easy to find. He went above and beyond to be of service. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.

Arik made the five hour trip enjoyable. He arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m., greeted me, stored the luggage, and we were on the road. He checked in several times to see if I needed anything to drink or eat or if I was in need of the bathroom. We talked the entire time which made the hours pass by quickly.
