Staff from Connect Eye Care came out to my work at Rashielee Care Home to review the residents. Marcus, Jenna and Sarah were so friendly, and it was lovely to see how they interacted with everyone.

They were incredibly kind, patient and had a great understanding of dementia. They treated each resident with dignity and respect, taking the time to make them feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointments.

It was really nice to see such compassionate care and professionalism. Thank you for the wonderful service you provide to our residents.

We always look forward to seeing the staff from connect eye care when they come out & they were really helpful in explaining how and why they do certain testing for eyes to staff and students

Connect eye care visit our care home every couple of months, and the staff are always great with our residents, especially Sarah, Jenna and Marcus. They are patient and friendly and make our residents feel comfortable.

Candice has visited a few times now to the Nursing Home where I work. I would like to say how sweet, kind, courteous and professional she is with the residents, (many of whom have complex and challenging needs and/or dementia).

Staff present were professional and great with all service users. Staff adapted well to individual needs of service users. Staff were polite and friendly. Separated pop up store to make it a real life opticians so service users had privacy and understanding.

I am impressed that this company goes into Care Homes to assist residents with continued eyecare. It takes the strain away from their family. The procedures used by the company are first class including keeping the redident's family fully informed. In my personal case it's a great relief to me.

Great service and care, Sarah was very professional and friendly 😀 they set up a clinic within our home and helped the residents to feel like it was a visit to the opticians. Highly recommend Connect eye care!
