Great service, met us at airport and got us to our hotel and a few days later to our cruise terminal. Kept us informed throughout the process including time while waiting for luggage.

Marco arrived at the airport in good time to meet us in the arrivals hall at Naples and kept in touch whilst we were going through the EES system. He was courteous and helpful throughout the journey to our destination in Salerno.

Our driver, Minas, was very informative. He gave us a lot of information about the area we were staying in.

The Barcelona immigration process took 4hours line was very long and processing time was very slow and inconsistent, we arrived at 8am and had a welcome pickup scheduled at 10 am. At 9:30 we advised the driver that we won’t be able to make it due to the slow process. We asked if we can reschedule to another pickup time but he said it can’t be done. So we missed the pickup time by two hours due to the inefficient and uncoordinated process of the Barcelona airport immigration team. My advise is not to prebook your ride but use uber instead of welcome pickup. They’re also cheaper.

I have used Welcome Pickups for years and the service always works seamlessly regardless of the location. The ability to be in direct contact with the driver is a game changer and for security purposes the fact that you receive the name, photo and car details in advance is very important

I’ve had several excellent experiences with Welcome Pickups — in both Athens and Zürich. In particular, I’ve used them for early morning pickups (for example, 4 or 5 am) and have found them extremely reliable.

Terrible !!!! DO NOT USE!
Booked the transfer 7 months in advance and 5 hours before my flight they cancelled my booking .
Use another company if you don’t want your holiday ruined !

The driver came a bit early and parked safe enough place to we can put luggage's in the car. He was kind.
