I ordered a mens large shirt and they delivered a mens extra small, clearly marked XS. I contacted Weld NY and they wanted me to pay shipping to get refund or to obtain another shirt. We went back and forth but no resolution. Everything ships from China so Weld doesn't what is going where. Terrible experience.

This website is a total scam. Based on his name and description, it appears to be a New York based company, but it is something in China. More disgraceful and criminal is the fact that this their product show up in Google search on the top. Google is complacent an advocate their criminal activities.

Cheap poor quality products. They shrink to child’s size when washed and are made from very cheap materials. Then you have to pay shipping again to get replacement. Customer service is horrible. They do not answer emails. Never buying from them again!!!

as many have said, this is a farce company. they send you something that is totally wrong (a article of clothing in my case.) and then take many days to respond to a return claim. when they do finally respond it is a odd back and forth (again, multiple weeks in-between.) where they finally offer you to keep the item and accept a 20% refund OR pay for shipping yourself with no offered return label.

This purse is awful, made of cheap plastic and has a horrible chemical smell that you can't get rid of... DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.

Wish I could give a zero order came incomplete said they were going to send the the watch band nothing now they won't respond, of course they delayed until the 30 return window was up.....pos company don't order anything

This is a fake website run by a Chinese company. I bought a Premium Motion Sensor Bird Repeller and Scarer, for which they charged me $147 — far more than the same product costs cheaply on Amazon. I thought it was an excellent product for bird control. I never used it, since the quality is terrible. I trusted that Trustpilot's ratings were accurate, but this turned out to be fake as well.
I contacted this WeldNewYork company, and they told me the order couldn't be cancelled unless I received it. They asked me to contact them for a refund once the product shipped, the return shipping label was approved, and the return was complete — promising they would refund my money then. But after the item was delivered, they stopped responding to my emails weldnewyork.com support.
Don't buy products from WeldNewYork. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I’d give a 0 if I could. What I received looked nothing like what was featured on their website. Cheap polyester material. Was supposed to be sage and what came was minty green. Complain? 20% refund or mail it back to China.
Here’s what you need to know. Don’t be drawn in by a flashy website with beautiful clothes. It’s all cheaply made trash from China that you would never wear.

They went silent on refund request after I explained that jackets were 2 sizes too small even though they advertise a 30-day return window. They don't allow customer to leave a review. They solicit reviews only from select customers, and most you see online are fake.

I placed an order May 8th it’s May 22nd supposedly it was shipped, but I checked with logistics because it has been stuck in the same spot for over a week with no new tracking updates, and they said they only received the created label, but not the package itself. I have reached out to them and they told me package was shipped,but logistics says otherwise. Make that make sense. Logistics said to reach out to the merchant well it’s been 3 days and I still haven’t heard back anything. I am so mad at this point. I ended up receiving my order FINALLY! I do have to say the tracking information was useless. Order at your own risk, but I wouldn’t. I ordered a shapewear and the store was Weld New York

This company sells cheap grossly overpriced items. As others have noted, they lie about their trust pilot score. They also make themselves out to be an American company, but they ship from china. I won’t buy anything from this company again.

I purchased a linen blouse, at the time I was ordering comments on the website said the top ran big too size, so I ordered a size down and it's much smaller. I have emailed several times they asked for a proof of purchase by sending a photo, now they are not responding at all. There is no customer service. No phone number. Don't buy from this company. This China co. is a ripoff

This is NOT a US based company. Had I known this before, I would not have purchased from them. The website identifies a Jamaica Queens, New York address, HOWEVER the items ship from China. Needless to say I have an outfit that is cute but doesn't fit. I did not bother to try to return because I did not want the hassle. I will gift the outfit.

I ordered shirts from Weldnewyork. Shirts were too large and of poor quality. I have contacted the company by email to request a return and refund but the company does not respond to my e mails.

This seller is not based in New York. The product is very substandard an not at all accurate to sizing. Regardless of what gurantee is advertised you pay the international shipping back to China or only get a 25% refund. The name alone is a scam.

We waited 3 weeks for our order, finally it was found in the warehouse. It was sent (no receipt not only doesn't fit very poor quality

Just found a fraudulent transaction from this company on my bank statement.

They sent the item, but the sizing is very incorrect. They make it extremely hard to start a return. You have to pay for your own label and shipping as well.

This is a Chinese scam. The product advertised is not the product delivered. Returns are to China - very expensive. Save time and money. Don't buy anything from Weldnewyork. It has nothing to do with New York or anything American.
