After several emails and even a poor review previously I have still not received my parcel and customer service centre not responded to anything. Extremely disappointed. 3 months now.

My dress I got was for my birthday and they did a amazing job it looks exactly like the pictures.

no goods delivered or even follow up with no contact back when I tried to contact them.

The specifically do not give you enough time to send dress back after it doesn't fit. They giving refunds 2 months later. Won't be use them again!

This is a dreadful company. The item I ordered was poor quality, the mounting screws were all different sizes and lengths plus there was not the correct number. It snapped after 2 uses. No point trying to contact them. They keep sending mr offers. I've tried to unsubscribe several times but they ignore the request. Ofcom should sort them out

Ordered a Father’s Day card in the uk a month prior to required. Item has still not arrived 10 days after Father’s Day. Back and forth on email telling me they will sent another and the original was delivered to to check with neighbours and lodge a complaint with Royal Mail. But still not taking responsibility for undelivered item. Of which I paid £4.99 postage. This company are scammers - DO NOT USE!

It came in s/m/l, I went by their size chart with their measurements.I ordered a dress on 8 days ago, got it today. The color was exactly as the picture.

Very professional service. Items delivered in a timely manner and were just as featured. Great fit, looked gorgeous. Sizes were as requested. I will use this company again and again and recommend to my friends. Thanks "Welkinbird" You made my day.

For some reason the Welkinbird website would not let you read any reviews at the time this was purchased. It would be nice to read reviews to get some sort of feedback with the sizing.

I ordered 2 screwdriver sets from these people via an advert on Facebook. The advert showed powered screwdrivers but when they arrived they were not the same product. I’ve demanded a refund and am awaiting a reply. Do not buy from these people.

The item I bought did not work was told I had to pay postage to return it or get 30 per cent refund. It was a hair straightener that did not heat up and they advertise full refund if not satisfied.

Dress fits perfectly and I received it on time. This is the 2nd dress I order and I'm happy with the quality.

The dress was beautiful. Excellent quality. It was shipped as the company said it would be. The sizing on the chart for the dress did not match the actual dress. The lady that did the alterations said she should have gone one dress size smaller.

Great Fit in the dress. Picture shown Didnt do dress justice and arrived very fast as said. I am definitely going to order again from simply dresses love the website and everything about it.

Got a Mother’s Day card it came late even though I’d ordered the over a month prior and when it came it was tiny poorly printed, the tab which you take out when the cards closed activated straight away and the glitter was crap. Don’t normally leave negative reviews but this is obviously not a small creative business it’s a mass produced money churner selling in quantity with no quality. My adhd impulse spend was a lesson

Didn't receive goods ordered,but they have refunded me,so I'm happy again.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to. Took my money, no goods won’t reply to any of my emails and then ask me to review the product. Well that’s the only best thing I could do as it meant I could warn others not to touch them with a barge pole. Absolutely awful please don’t be fooled by them.
Still waiting for the goods and about to pass over to my bank to try and get a refund.
