Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They knowingly use photographs that do not give an honest representation of the hotels that they are selling to you. Their loyalty and obligations are to the hotels that they sell to you and not to you. Once you realise that the spa/hotel is not at all what was pictured they wash their hands of the whole thing, informing you that your contract is with the hotel not with Wellbeing Escapes- even though you pay your money to them. Please note that they are NOT ABTA registered. I recommend that you do your own thorough research for any holiday that you are considering and book directly. You can not rely on these people to give you an honest assessment. I have reported back to them the very many issues and misleading photographs of the supposedly five star spa hotel I stayed in and they have not only done nothing to help me but continue to use these photographs and promote this hotel to customers who will undoubtedly be disappointed once they have arrived and it’s too late to do anything.
