It’s a brilliant idea, lots to choose from providing it’s in stock, but you need to shop regularly for it to off set the membership fee. Plus, shipping is so unbelievably slow even through it says nex... See more

Always happy with products, extensive range and quality. Packed well every time, and eco friendly. A lot of products sold through them are sadly in 'squeezy' and plastic bottles, but a really great range of products more eco packaged
Absolutely love this company. I have nothing bad to say about them at all and have never had any problems with them either. I have been a loyal and happy customer of theirs for well over a year now I think. They are most definitely not a scam/cowboy company and I am forever grateful that they exist. Well done and thank you for your hard work guys.
Plenty of choice, easy to navigate round the website and excellent service plus savings - what’s not to like?
Highly recommended
Quick delivery, excellent value for money and great selection of products. I love that they mark food that’s UPF free
I found their customer service responsive and very helpful.
Honestly such a great company. Has all the best products and such insanely good deals. All the low reviews are from people whom it seems like didn't read the subscription model when they signed up for a free month. This company ROCKS. Things come fast, cheap, and all the healthiest items. Don't miss out, use this service if you seek out healthy foods or have dietary specific needs.
Excellent and service and excellent customer service. They get back to you super quick and resolved everything for me.
I second what Catherine fellow reviewer has written on this specific WellEasy reviewing thread, here's why?
I placed an order to the value of over GBP£200.00 on Friday, 9th January 2026 as sadly, I don't have the inclination nor the capacity to support the mainstream supermarket facilities nearby, partly due to the traumatising manipulative emotional abuse effects living under the same roof with a highly manipulative sociopathic toxic abusive male hellbent on distroying me for his own pleasure and ultimately his own selfish reasons ie I still live with this specific trauma today, tragically for me which has cost me & my only precious most wanted biological child everything I have in terms of maternal emotional fulfilment as a mother and simple domesticity(ie a home sweet home - I'm a typical old school lifelong maternal cancerian female)which has led to a cruel, cruel separation from both mother & young child(parental maternal alienation of my only precious God gifted child since 2017). ie this specific geographical area is a source of intense trauma where I was subjected to the hidden covert *emotionally manipulative abusive toxic behavior in a long term domestic violence setting & the hostility of the neighbourhood in general despite being British born and raised well over half a century ago(I'm 55 in just over 5 months).
*this type of individual has zero remorse nor conscience to be a real genuine gentleman yet will perpetually fabricate / falsify the truth with pathological lies & a smear campaign against myself to literally save himself only from the consequences of his unlawful behaviour actions ie I'm still awaiting some form of remorse and apology that I know I will never receive, of course to do that his type will have to admit fault but I doubt that will ever happen(beware this type of toxic behaviour is genderless etc. & have learnt the hardest most challenging painful way that the fact we didn't appreciate thy sovereign self much to beware of his specific manipulative toxic behaviour type to not attract them in let alone have essential personal boundary perimeters to prevent these specific manipulation behaviour types for taking advantage of our good, kind & generous accommodating natural nature).
Had I known the next working delivery would be a week or fortnight away I wouldn't have been so quick to have placed an order as I literally have zero supplies to break the fast today(Tuesday, 13th January 2026) & can't even do an emergency Ocado shop(fortunately for me the local Ocado service always delivers on time) as I have insufficient funds now given I was forced into a storage facility contract last month due to an short term tenancy eviction order.
I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel this specific order and more importantly cancel the membership as there is no way I can afford to pay extra fees for a grocery service that doesn't deliver.
Order : 158590 made on the 9th January 2026
Updated today(14/01/26) : all in all a satisfactory service provider with the exception of one missing item that was paid for but not included in any of the 2 boxes " Bold Beans Classic Baked Beans" please kindly forward me the missing product line or refund me accordingly, thank you(on the whole it is an impressive service in the fact there was zero broken, spillage , dented cans etc. ie packaged really well despite the minor hiccups of missing items & ahem not so prompt service hence no 5 stars today) 💯thank you!
15/01/26 Friday Update : still zero sign of a response from WellEasy after reporting a missing item from my order having spend well over £200.00 on Friday tells me everything I need to know & I certainly won't take the opportunity to support them again :(,
I second echo what a fellow Ozge trustpilot reviewer has expressed about an unlawful authorised fraudulent annual subscription transaction as I was unfortunately a victim of an unlawful, unauthorised transaction, today(Sunday, 8th February 2026) of £50 despite being led to believe it was cancelled despite my dire unfortunate & unfavourable circumstances. I will continue to shop in person with good independent businesses where & when possible then give these already very privileged & very wealthy greedy business individuals even richer 💯
Just had a reply back stating I made an order on the 29th of January 2026 yet to my knowledge, recollection & knowledge not to mention zero evidence of this but did have the opportunity to cancel the subscription around that the time(of course I did take that opportunity to cancel or so I thought until today 8/2/26 hence the shock of being charged the full subscription rate today 8/2/26 - false inaccurate in a professional business setting appear unreliable not to mention far from unsafe grocery service platform to support

Really disappointed in WellEasy. I absolutely love the concept but in reality it does not deliver. Customer service responses are slow, deliveries are rarely next day as promised and you almost always have at least one item in an order that is broken and spills all over everything else. The recurring order function is also problematic as more than once ive skipped and it’s been sent anyway. I’ve spent a lot of money on WellEasy over the last couple of months as I really wanted to persist with it and the response to my latest complaint about my order being delivered damaged where id asked if I’d get a refund for cancelling my membership was to cancel my membership with no refund due, no compensation offered for the damaged item or the contents of my order that had been spilled all over.

Started well but the products I started the subscription for were discontinued without warning. They often make mistakes in the warehouse, products missing from shipments and wrong quantities shipped. Customer service is ok but it’s a pain to have to keep chasing up mistakes. My last shipment was missing several items which was refunded but they refunded the wrong amount and so needed to chase them up again. I then had to re order the missing items. It’s not worth the subscription to be honest. You can often get cheaper prices from the supermarket when it’s on offer…..

I love Welleasy, it’s good value for money and the range of products available is fantastic! I also love the seed oil free section and how easy it is to select these products
Great experience with this company. We have bought different products and are really pleased with the quality. We particularly like the Einkorn flour. I’ve been experimenting with it also making my own sourdough starter, always got fantastic results.
Overall, I like using WellEasy. They stock a number of great brands that would be harder to source elsewhere, and pricing is good.
However, it’s not been a hassle-free experience. More than half of my orders have arrived with either missing items or smashed glass jars, leaving me to clean up broken glass and check orders carefully every time. Having to regularly email about damaged items isn’t what I’d expect, especially when paying a yearly membership fee.
Customer service do respond quickly and refund the affected items, and give credit to say sorry, which I appreciate. But the issue keeps happening despite claims that packaging has improved. When you have two babies, you really just want your items to arrive intact, not extra admin.
Its a scam. You order once and they take a subscription. Avoid them

Good products, good prices, good service. I buy from them every month to get the best value.
Gaslighting bunch of scammers this company. My wife ordered with them some months ago, they tried to claim she'd signed 1yr subscription. Of course she had done no such thing. Tips on getting your money back. Step 1: Cancel your payment card immediately (they will take further payments if you do not do this). Step 2: Do not under any circumstances make any further payments to them. Step 3: Contact your payment card provider to lodge your refund claim. Step 4: Provide your card provider with a copy of your original order email/invoice. Step 5: The company will dispute your charge back claim but stand your ground, provide your clear evidence on why you're seeking your refund, and you will prevail just as we have done. Do not allow the situation to become any more complex than this because these scammers rely on overcomplicating what is a very simple situation; of customers being scammed of their money.
Well Easy they are not, Well Scammy they be!
WellEasy made many claims in their reply here; such as "Doing the right thing by our members is core to our ethos" - However, they are in fact lying scammers who rely on creating as much confusion as is possible about their nonsense 'free trial'. They proceed to help themselves to customers money, via taking unauthorised card payments down the line. As I explained, follow the steps I outlined, and you will get your money back; just as my wife got her money back from this Well Scammy so called Business.

I am yet another customer who has been tricked by their "free trial subscription" offer. No information on the recurring charge after my first order. As far as I can see, the actual annual subscription charge is not advertised in advance anywhere on their website or via email; all that happens is a payment is taken and an invoice issued. No notice, nothing until £48 goes out of my bank account on Christmas day for a service I don't need and don't want and that I was tricked into agreeing to (I thought I was just getting a 10% discount). I see this has happened to many other customers and I would like get my money back and help others to do the same. I contacted my bank to dispute the payment; they said it was not technically fraud as I had already bought something else from the company. However I can raise a dispute about the charge, which I have done. If I have no refund within 15 days I can then raise a Visa dispute which I would certainly do. If there's a way to cancel subscriptions or orders on their website it is very well hidden indeed. I only see a popup saying I can do it. I also advise people to get their bank or credit card company to block payments from this company. They still have my card details.
Update 25/12/25: in fairness, I did just find a "reminder" email in my Spam folder.

After placing an order, I cancelled my membership before the free trial ended so I wouldn't get surprised by the payment. I thought I still had the free trial for the rest of the month.
But now I can't check out without paying £48 for the yearly membership.
I emailed them asking them to restore the rest of my free trial. No reply.

No way to remove the scam membership item from the basket when purchasing products. At least they tell you it's gonna auto charge for the year in the basket. But I don't want the trial at all and would prefer to avoid having to manually cancel membership. Plus it's clearly going to be an issue to cancel and only there as a way to scam you into their membership. I'll purchase the products elsewhere thanks.
