I ordered this based on it being gluten…
I ordered this based on it being gluten and dairy free as I am intolerant to wheat and dairy. Unfortunately it does have wheat in it. I took it once as I can sometimes take small amounts but left me instantly feeling sick and brought on a migraine. Why not cut out the allergies completely. It's a shame I wasted my money as the rest of the ingredients look good. It might have worked for me otherwise.

Very bloated
I bought the super elixir blood orange and really like the flavour and felt some benefits. I felt increased energy which was great, however this product makes me incredibly bloated to the point where I can't take it if I am going out or to work that day. I also experienced diarrhoea so only take half the recommended dose. Such a shame as I really wanted to love this and feel the benefits. Probably won't buy it again.

Update:
Despite the Wellco reply seen below I am still awaiting a resolution to my experience mentioned here or a reply to 3 previous emails sent over the last week to customer services.
Experience:
Enjoyed the product but after attempting to delay my delivery, the request was ignored and I decided to try to cancel my subscription completely. Today I refused delivery from Royal Mail as I had attempted to cancel delivery last week. I had an email yesterday that Wellco were due to deliver today via Royal Mail.
There is absolutely no way to cancel my subscription and I have only been able to attempt to cancel the next 3 deliveries.
I am now 3 emails in and awaiting a response as the website does not allow me to cancel my subscription. This is not about caring for “middle class women of a certain age” but rather taking advantage and making them feel stressed and duped Very damaging for brand Elle. Questionable brand all around. Very happy to edit this review if I am proved wrong by excellent customer service here in.

Great Customer Service
I had had an issue using my points to place a single order and I emailed in and not only did Phoebe just advise me how to use the points, she had placed the order and had it shipped! Great service and quick response as always. Looking forward to trying some new products from the Wellco range.

Great products, but abysmal processing/shipping
Love the products (Super Greens & Evening Elixir), but I have placed 3 separate orders so far and have had delivery issues with each of them. Orders seem to take 10 days on average to ship after ordering. I had to contact customer service for my very first order and ask them to investigate and activate the process since the order had not been shipped after 10 days. Second order took 8 days to ship and third order has not arrived (it has been 10 days) and seems to be lost. I have contacted customer service each time and, to be fair, they are very friendly and useful. But I should not have to contact customer service three times in a row for each order. Too bad because I love the products but don’t think I will order again.

Great product (Super Elixir) but…
Great product (Super Elixir) but impossible to get ahold of their customer service.
I am attempting to order my third batch and suddenly my address is no longer recognisable. I have sent 2 messages on their website, and 4 emails with no response. My original message was on the website in the middle of November with no response. I then emailed them directly and received a holding email from Kate, Customer Experience bot, advising they will be in contact within the next 24-48hours. I have emailed a further 3 times and have had no human contact at all (email sent 30th November). This is shockingly poor service. Is WelleCo in fear of making money?

Not enjoying Lime and pineapple
I’m enjoying the additional nutritional value of these products. The hot chocolate at night is awesome. The Lime and pineapple greens of a morning tastes awe full. I have to try another way to consume or cancel. It leaves me feel like vomiting when consuming.

An update: You can see below that last posted 6 days ago and received a prompt reply here (because it's public, of course) saying that I should receive the answer to my question.
I haven't. If I've "accidentally" subscribed (I think the UK is/was taking steps to make this sharp practice of signing people up to a subscription without making that hugely clear), then I will have to cancel, as I'm not going to invest in a product with unknown nutritional info (a list of ingredients is the bare minimum, and not what I need to know) but I will post here, and on Instagram until I receive a reply from the "24-48" hour response team.
Given the vastly outweighing negative responses on here, I would be surprised to hear the customer team is too busy to reply.

Excellent so far…
I wanted to leave a review because reading previous reviews almost put me off buying this product, but luckily I went ahead and bought it and am very happy. the taste is great - much better than any other green drink I've had (and that's quite a few). It's a drink I now look forward to in the morning. I had no problem with the purchase, the subscription and single purchase were very obvious. I chose subscription as it's cheaper. Delivery came on time as expected. As it's only been a week I can't say anything about results just yet. But ingredients are just what I was looking for and have been piecing together with all different supplements so it's nice to finally just have the one (mostly). I didn't even realise it contained probiotics which is an excellent added bonus.

Think Before you Buy
I have been a subscriber with WelleCo for over 10 years. Like all these big companies, once they have grown, their customer service falls down and they cannot manage demand. If you email them, they take days to respond. This time my subscription is 2 weeks late. All I would say is think before you purchase as products are expensive and the experience has become very frustrating and disappointing.

I’ve certainly not found any problems with the service at all. I got a second delivery a bit quicker than I needed but have easily been able to delay my next delivery while I catch up. The taste is good, I don’t think I’m quite yet seeing the full effects but it’s early days and feeling positive with definite improvements in energy and skin.

Love it so far!
I'm 69, and I've been using WelleCo's The Super Elixir and The Skin Elixir for four days. I thought I felt a bit more energetic on the second day, but now I'm sure it is having an effect on me. I feel great. Not that I felt bad before, but I just feel better than I did. A lot better.
I noticed today, to my surprise, that my brain might be responding too. I do brain training every day, and I have been stuck in the same position for about 8 months. I play 15 games every day, covering vocabulary, language, focus, mental agility, problem solving etc. I am almost at the top of my cohort at the moment, and this morning I achieved a high score in two games, I improved in 11 games, I stayed the same in one game and I went slightly backwards in one game. I'm gob-smacked. I thought I'd reached the limit of my capabilities. Also, I don't feel as though I'm struggling. I feel clearer in my thinking.
This isn't even the best thing about it. I feel great, I feel like doing stuff, I don't feel lethargic - like I have to force myself to do what has to be done. I get up when I wake up and just get going, and I enjoy it.
The biggest surprise is that I started out on half the recommended dose of both products just in case they upset my tummy (which they didn't).

I just started the super elixir
I just started the super elixir (pineapple & lime flavor). Today is my 5th day taking it every morning with water. It has a good healthy taste. Not sure why others would say how horrible it tastes? I'm also a little worried from others reviews, that I'm somehow on a subscription which I did not choose. I wanted to just buy one to try it first. I'll have to double check that. I actually already feel more energy/less tired but need to give more time to see if other benefits occur. I will update review at end of month.

I like this product
I like this product. I seem to have more energy, and it helps with puffiness from menopause. I think it tastes great. I get the lemon ginger flavor, and I look forward to drinking it every morning. The only issue is the price. It is expensive, but I am going to keep using it.

I’m on month 4 of taking the super elixir. Amazing product, tastes wonderful both the original flavour and lemon and ginger. What a boost of energy , sorted my hot flushes which are no longer, my hair is glossy and gorgeous, nails finally stopped braking . Brilliant and beautiful all in one solution for better health. App very easy to use , change of delivery date , additional orders, reward points system. Email ahead of preparing shipment , prompt delivery. Just brilliant. Best product I have tried in a long while .
