Not really a review to be honest

Not really a review to be honest, but just a comment to the company. I am on here doing research before deciding whether or not to buy and one of the very first things I noticed is that you reply to all the customers with good comments and ignore the -ones. That’s a huge red flag. and poor Customer Service to say the least.

Disappointed and red flags with their ingredients claiming to be gluten free when they are not!

I bought three of their products - super elixir that claims to be gluten free but it has gluten and I found out due to having a immediate reaction after taking it triggering a flare up / relapse that I have not had for almost two years by avoiding gluten. I am angry as I find their claim of being gluten free irresponsible, dishonest and reckless. I also bought the clarity capsules which again after finishing a whole tub - feel zero effect whatsoever. Finally the collagen is ok but there are better collagen powders out there. I would like to find out how they claim gluten free when the super elixir uses Barley as one main ingredient.

Under the recently updated FSANZ labelling requirements, we are required to call out any ingredient containing wheat even when classified gluten free.

The wheatgrass in The Super Elixir is derived from the young leaves rather than the grain, which contains the allergenic protein and is therefore gluten free by ingredient. Every batch of The Super Elixir is also tested for gluten to ensure it’s gluten free.

I can confirm that The Super Elixir is 100% gluten free and safe for those with intolerance or coeliac disease.

Treats customers with contempt - AVOID

I tried the Super Elixir for a few months, but wasn't feeling any benefits. I had a blood test which showed that several biomarkers were unusually high - and my doctor said it was probably due to the fact that I was not absorbing the Super Elixir properly. She advised me to stop taking it. I went online to cancel my subscription, but unfortunately I saw that the payment for the next instalment had been taken out earlier that day. I tried to contact WelleCo online to say that I wanted to cancel the order, but I heard nothing and the package arrived in the post two days later. Since then I have tried to contact them again through the website and through customer services, but I have heard nothing. I find it extraordinary that a company with Elle MacPherson's name attached to it could treat its customers in this way. Firstly, by failing to warn them that the next instalment of a subscription is about to be taken from their bank account; secondly by stating that refunds are not accepted - which contravenes the statutory 14-day 'cooling off period' in the UK, under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013; and thirdly by ignoring attempts to contact them. My advice to anyone considering buying this expensive product is to steer well clear. Hopefully this review will jolt them out of their complacency, but if not, I will be forced to take further action to get my money back.

Where's the customer service for this company??!

Subscription order placed over 2 weeks ago and not a murmur of dispatch notification. Chased several times, via email and their contact form. Nothing, absolutely nothing. The products are not cheap and the non existent customer service should be better than this. Where is my order i paid good money for?!

Taste no good

I bought the tree pack of The Super Elixir original (Pineapple and lime). It was my understanding that the taste would be more fruity, but i was very wrong. It literally taste of dried and blended greens, not in any ways nice. Im still on the first pack after 5 weeks. Its not enjoyable at all.

The Super Elixir is a greens powder, with Barley Grass and Wheat Grass as one of the primary ingredients within the formulation, so therefore will have an underlying earthy taste.

Whilst we have customer's who definitely drink The Super Elixir on it's own or we recommend to also put into smoothies alongside Frozen Fruit, Vegetables and the Nourishing Protein.

I am writing to express my concerns…

I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent order I placed with your company. I purchased a powder product from Welle, and simultaneously ordered the same powder from another company same product.Upon receiving both products, I noticed several discrepancies that have led to my dissatisfaction and doubts about the quality and authenticity of your product.

Firstly, the powder from Welle differs in color compared to the one from the other company. This variation raises questions about the consistency and quality control of your products. Additionally, the bottle you sent to me with the powder, its leaking.
These issues have caused me to question the reliability and trustworthiness of Welle as a supplier. I am now hesitant to place future orders and am concerned about the safety and efficacy of the product I received.
I kindly request an explanation for the differences in product appearance and the leaking bottle. Furthermore, I would appreciate information on the measures Welle takes to ensure product quality and consistency. Your prompt response will assist me in deciding whether to continue purchasing from your company.

Good quality product

So far I’ve tried a few of the WelleCo products and I have found all of them good quality. My favourite is the Super Elixir, in particular I have noticed my energy levels improve and less brain fog in the morning. I would recommend.
