The flavour is nice

The flavour is nice, lemon and lime, however, I haven't noticed any difference taking the supplement to my normal, well priced supplement which is disappointing. The mixture also doesn't blend well into water/juice, there are little globules of powder that don't dissolve. I won't be buying again.

The Super Elixr has been a daily add to my fruit smoothie every morning for 4 weeks. Physically I feel much better but amazingly I look much brighter in the face. I have rhumatoid arthritis brought on by the covid jab and currently on prescription medications. I truly feel like the elxr has helped with the inflammation and my overall wellness.

6 months experience

Since starting the super elixir, my nails have gotten very brittle.
Since I started it because I felt tired and all sorts of symptoms, my first instinct was to continue and that it would improve in time, so I also purchased the collagen one.
My nails have gotten worse.
My periods have also gotten more painful, reminiscing some symptoms from my endo days, so I started the PMS pills.
Needless to say, 6 months in, I've spent a lot of money, I don't feel more energised at all, my periods pains have come back, my nails are so brittle, I cannot have them longer than 1mm, and my hair are nowhere near thick and healthy.
And I've certainly not lost any weight, quite the contrary, despite eating healthy food and decreasing my calorie uptake

Allergic reaction?

Goddess elixir made me feel worse

So bought 2 pots of the goddess elixir tablets. Have been taking them for 3 and a half weeks and have felt increasingly unwell. I am post menopausal and was on a supplement before which I actually felt had benefits. After much hype about this product I thought I would change to see if that would help more. Very dissapointed with them. They certainly don’t work for me, all the menopausal symptoms have come back including the night sweats which I have not had for at least 2 years. Brain fog back, low mood etc. I have decided today to stop taking them. Have written to them a few times on their website and no response. Surely at the price they are there should be some comeback if they don’t work ? I really do wanted these to help but for me they are making it worse. There is no way of knowing if they receive the online form as in you don’t get an email acknowledging it. I feel the customer service really lets them down. Will continue to fight for a refund and happy to send second unopened pot back. I am not saying they don’t work for some but maybe not for post menopausal as it says on their website ? So now they have sent me a message asking me for additional information but not actually asked me any additional information. They are saying if they don’t hear from me they don’t know if its a genuine review but are asking for a reference which they haven’t given me. They are saying they need to verify I am a consumer and they have my email address with the order. It’s just a token response to a negative review. If you want to take your chances then be prepared for customer services to ignore your emails and the online contact form if you have a problem.

i'm very concerned as

i'm very concerned as, since i started to take my face had a reaction. I've been with a super super clean skin and a couple of hours after taking this it started to appear this kind of irritation around my cheek bones and under the chin. i'm gutted as i just got the product, i'm ok with the taste and all but now i dont know what to do with. got the night elixir too but that one i think its fine

I was very excited to read about this…

I was very excited to read about this product and had very high hopes from it. I ordered 3 months supply as it was a cost effective way to get started. I ordered blood orange flavour. I started taking it about a week ago. First observation was the taste. I mixed it with water and I could not drink it. Not only the flavour, but the smell was awful and unpalatable. I did manage to find an acceptable solution by mixing with fresh orange and blending rather than stirring. However, a week in, I feel unwell. I feel extremely lethargic and have been unable to follow my normal activities. This is very out of character for me and I am concerned that this is having a negative impact on me as it is the only thing in my routine I have changed. I have decided to stop drinking it. I intend to return the two untouched tins to the company and hope they will do the right thing and refund me.

I have been using the elixir for 18…

I have been using the elixir for 18 months/ 2 years now and it's great, I feel when I have ran out. My skin is so much better from using it, my hair is the thickest its ever been and it gives me energy.

The Chocolate Nourishing Protein was…

The Chocolate Nourishing Protein was tasty. Better that Dukes or Lady Shakes and even the Healthy Chef. I used ice, cold water, a spoon of greek yogurt and some honey. It was delicious. Delivery did take longer than expected (6 days) for metro but it did arrive in good condition. This is my second time purchasing and I received both shipments.

My concerns were eventually resolved

Final edit:
This company has worked hard to put the situation right, and I appreciate the effort Phoebe put into working things out with me.

The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is that another agent was simultaneously emailing me with conflicting data, and an excuse that wasn't necessary, accurate, or solicited. Her suggested solution was nonsense, especially compared to how much Phoebe was able to help.

I'm finally ready to tell my story.
I placed an order which somehow accidentally got placed to my previous address. I messaged them immediately to fix this.

Customer service got back to me 2 days after I notified them of the situation to say there was nothing they could do as they'd just shipped my order. I ordered another month's worth of the elixir during the time I was ignored and dismissed, and then i decided to move on.

I've since noticed the customer service of other companies, where the empathy is higher, and where my partner was offered a refund or replace when she experienced a similar issue (apparently shopify was the cause).

The fact the customer service focused on sales as opposed to service was more distasteful than their mediocre product.

Elle probably got paid loads for the pics, and her ghostwriter did a good job.... but this company conned me.

EDIT: So the reply is asking for my order number, but not telling me how sending them ANOTHER email will change what I have written here.
I will send yet another email, and will report back if my experience this time is magically different.

Options for cancelling

For those having problems cancelling you can block payments via your bank or use the charge back facility on your bank card. You can also contact consumer rights in your country if the companies customer service does not reply. You do not have to settle for being ignored.
All green juices taste terrible,add other juices or make into a green smoothie. This is what i did with an alternative brand collagen drink which was pineapple flavoured. Spiriluna is a example of a strong taste, but you get used to it. I also created a smoothie with it.
I won't be ordering online now as the lack of customer care response makes the positive reviews look like AI reviews.
