Our experience with Jake was exceptional. He supported us throughout the entire process of securing our dream home and consistently ensured we understood each step. I had a pleasant experience working with my financial advisor Dan Dawes during my remortgage process. He took his time to find me the best possible rates, and in the end he explained that the best rates were with my existing lender, which showed his honesty and focus for me and he went through all of their products and rates making it clear for me to make a decision on the best rate to go for.

What was really super helpful and stood out for me was that I mentioned to Dan that I was thinking about buying a bigger property in future as my family had grown, and he took his time to go through some different options and even did some calculations to see my affordability. I was impressed with the extra time he spent with me to go through this all, which clearly showed me how he values his clients and his true passion for his services.
