Poor work, not helping

Original install looked ok, worked. Out of warranty the lights failed. On examination very bad elec install. Open chocks block in wet and body grommet removed and hole left for wires, let water in and chaffed wires. Asked for help told tough out of warranty. Not recommended... earlier than date here.

I am shocked at the dangerous state…

I am shocked at the dangerous state this man left my vehicle in
/. Richard came to see vehicle and assessed it need clutch and dual mass flywheel.
/. Richard turned up and removed drivers side wing, front of vehicle road wheels and various parts.
/. 2 hours into job it rained and he decided to stop and pushed all parts under and behind vehicle including many small plastic parts from wing
/. over two weeks later he returned and continued job.
/. He said the vehicle was fixed and that I had a broken coil (something that wasnt broken prior to the repair)
/. He drove up the road and back saying it was fine. He then let telling me i needed to settle his bill
/. I went in car and there was a dreadful sound from gearbox (whining) and it was hard to get some of the gears.
/. I contacted him saying I would settle the bill when the car was right
/. I told him that the gearbox was whining badly, he asked for a video to be sent of it
/. He said it sounded fine to him.
/. I was not convinced and didn't drive the car, also not paying the bill
/. He returned saying that he had only put in a litre and that it needed 2 litres.
/. He topped up the oil and again he test drove it round the block.
/. He returned car and wanted paying
., I went on motorway car was clicking a lot now thanks to broken coil
/. There was a loud bang and the front drivers side wing came off
/. We were very lucky not to have been in an accident. I put wing in boot and drove home.
/. He promised if I paid him, he would return and sort car.
/. I paid in FULL.(big mistake)
/. He was hesitant in returning to fix car and told me I had to buy parts. A front wing, headlight and missing plastic pieces (the ones lost due to his careless storage when he left it in pieces
/. I bought pieces and he agreed to return and fit it.
/. In the meantime, my car needed and MOT I took it a couple of days ago to a reputable garage
/. The garage rang saying he was shocked to find many bolts missing, including some fixing the subframe, oil leaking from gearbox where it had been badly fitted. Most of the front end was loose
/. So bad was the car that it was unsafe to even drive to the MOT station only a couple of miles down the road.
/. He is sending photos of the extent of the state of the car, including that the chassis had been crushed badly due to being lifted incorrectly

I have been driving about in this car with my children, unaware that it was in such an unsafe state.
