Although my membership was basic, it allowed me access to so many different kinds of gyms and classes closest to home. It also included body massages twice a month.

I love being able to go to different gyms and classes without needing a membership to each facility. I take classes at 2 different LA Fitness locations and a Crunch Fitness location and I would not be able to do that without Wellhub. The app is easy to navigate, I get goals and badges which I love. Wellhub is helping with my fitness journey!

I have been using Wellhub from my employer since Jan 2026. Not so happy with .. since January I have face 2 technical issue in booking my favorite gym. I had to return back on the way to the gym due to technical issues. Lately since April 2026 my favorite gym was removed from my plan and placed in the highest plan possible which is quite unaffordable , without any prior notice in the change of plan. Any upgrades to the next possible higher plan is acceptable but this is surprising to me. I have downgraded my plan from silver to bronze. Please do consider the customers before making any drastic changes like this. This is what makes a difference in customer experience more valuable than just a regular service.

I love Wellhub, it's amazing the level of access to different fitness experiences for the price is bar none. I wish I could recommend it to more people

Juliana did a solid job understanding my situation/request and quickly worked with me to come up with a resolution.

Just hiked the price of the starter subscription by 25%. To offer "more gyms and classes" - if I wanted more gyms and classes I would go to a different tier!!

I love Wellhub. Access to several good gyms near my home.

Wellhub has changed my life. It has allowed me to go to different gyms/studios that I wouldn't be able to afford all the access/memberships to on my own. Through my company Morgan Stanley and the subsidary program, I'm able to go to much nicer gyms and studios such as LifeTime and Cobalt Cycling. The experience has been great and has me in a healthy rountine where I'm more motivated to attend different gyms/studios, different work out classes, and all the great amenities etc. The opportunity to go to different gyms/studios has also opened up meeting new people and creating connections that continue to push towards a healthier lifestyle. I feel very fortunate to be able to have a Wellhub subscription and hope my company continues to be apart of the subsidary program. I've even been trying to tell my co-workers about my experience to encourage as many people I know to sign up and take advantage of it.

WellHub is the best. I couldn't believe that a platform like WellHub exists because it has so many of my favorite studios and gyms. Wellhub gives me access to these places daily at a reasonable price and allows me to work out even when I’m traveling. I hope WellHub never goes away.

It's very easy to sign up for this and most times, you're going to both spend less on your membership, and also have access to more locations. Very cool!

Great for price but been nothing but hassle from the start. Had weeks where I couldn’t enter the gym despite my membership being valid but not registering at multiple gym locations. Customer service takes you to an AI chat bot that gives inaccurate information and when I do get through to a real person they aren’t helpful! Would rather just pay more to the gyms themselves and not have to put up with the awful service.

This is the worst app I have ever used. This app will literally cause you constant stress.
It is the only app that forces you to check in inside the app, even though the studio already checks you in. And they are so unprofessional that they don’t even coordinate with the studios they work with to confirm whether you actually showed up. Many people forget to check in on the app because they are rushing, running late, or simply forget. And very often the app itself glitches, so you can’t even check in.
Then, despite the fact that you actually attended the class, they punish you for it. You either get blocked from booking anything for the rest of the month or you are forced to pay a fee.
It’s constant harassment from their side. There is not even a phone number to call, you are stuck going back and forth with messages.
Even two studio owners told me they regularly have issues with them and that many clients complain about stress and being mistreated because they are incapable of building an app that actually works.
But somehow, they have no problem raising their prices all the time.
All you will get from this app is stress and mistreatment from completely unprofessional people, while you are paying for it.

Great app! and service. You get access to so much and makes maintaining a healthier lifestyle or starting your routines so much easier.

I contacted Wellhub about being about to register for classes at my local Crunch. No one has ever helped with that situation or found a solution. It makes it impossible to use all the features the membership has to offer which is awful.

Sent me an email on 3/10 saying my membership was expiring and ending on 3/24. I got ready for the gym at 4:45 on 3/23 and at 5pm they sent me an email saying my membership was no longer active. Couldn’t use my full last day.
Chat support agent didn’t care and offered no resolution.
Shady company! Their prices frequently rose too.

I have had the same issue a few months ago and I’m having the same issue again that the app does not generate the access code to the Gym. To generate the access code I have to be at the gym which means I have wasted my journey to the gym when the codes don’t generate. i’ve tried for help with well hub app and all it does is go round and round with the AI as they do not have Customer Services I’ve wasted almost 5 hours chatting to the AI and yet I can’t get anything resolved. this is not reliable. I understand it’s cheap to access several gyms but the the reliability is very poor and cannot plan to go to the gym I am going to be in next two hours as the app might not work or might not generate code. The last time I had same issue and left a trustpilot review I was given an answer that contact someone in the Gym but most of the GYM GROUP do not have anyone working in the gym, especially early mornings. Unless you’re looking for cheaper option, but this is very unreliable.

I signed up and paid the $65 for first month's Bronze membership so I could use a gym near my house only to find out within minutes of signing up that the gym is only available for the Silver level. I immediately (within minutes) cancelled the membership and requested a refund, but so far Wellhub has not issued the refund after more than a month. This company has no customer service and is a giant ripoff!!
