If I could give this zero stars I would.
Item I ordered in may never arrived. While chasing up the order I just recieved an automated reply to say my query had been recieved, but never got any replies.
To add insult to injury I have just recieved an email asking for feed back to their customer service showing one of my queries with no response. Please don't use this company.
On the plus side my back where quick to do a charge back when raised

I took a complete gamble with this company. I read the awful reviews and immediately was put off but because work was paying for it (lol) I thought i would order via credit card.
Took a month to arrive, was suprised it arrived, the courier contacted me to let me know that I have a parcel coming from wellindal, and once it was here in the uk, I got a call to arrange delivery. The company have extremely poor communication, despite website claiming 24/7 agent availability. I got zero response when I contacted them 4 times, just an automated response to say they got my query and that is it, no one ever got back to me. I did ask for my order to be cancelled and it was a week after that, that my order was dispatched.
I was worried there would be missing pieces as others have experienced that, but I actually got everything.
I am giving them one star purely because of no communication, I don’t think I’ll order from here again, not worth the headache.

The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Paid for item didn’t receive it and now waiting over 10 weeks for a refund.

Wish I could give a 0! Placed my order 17th may no sign of order that was due for delivery 26th may. I've asked 3 times for a refund with no response on first 2 requests. On 3rd request they said they dont recognise the order reference and asked me to send it again. Another delay tactic! That was 3 weeks ago still nothing!
Now I'm having to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
Will never use again and advise others to avoid

Please do not order!!!! Total scam I just wish I saw the reviews before!!! I ordered , never received a confirmation email for order. Saw the reviews so cancelled my order straight away. Since then have had an email to say they are sending it. Currently trying to get my money back through the bank as no one has got back to me. Save yourself a lot of time and stress stay away

Wish I could give a 1 start absolute scamm avoid!!! They are not based in the UK despite domain and don't respond to emails nor does the order status change. I have had to get my bank to intervene

This company should not be trading. I have been waiting nearly 3 month for a refund

Absolute scam stay well clear, it must be a composite garden fence thing because screenwithenvy is the exact same, the only difference with wellindal is they sell other items but please don’t do as I did and just order, learn to check reviews on every UNKNOWN website or pay the price!! I have now got to wait 45 days from my credit card company for my refund!
The Red flags with this company are:
1.Based in Barcelona but .co.uk website
2.Doesn’t accept PayPal
3.Order always stays on processing to make you feel it’s just a delay
4. You will only receive reply’s straight after replacing your order, after a week or so you will never receive a reply as they have your money sitting nicely in they’re account and don’t need to please you anymore
5. 10% off first order offer and everything is discounted to around just over half the normal price from other sellers so seems legit but a good deal

SCAM AVOID

I placed an order on 6/6 to be delivered 29/6, no delivery. When you try and email bounces back. I have then contacted the company whose name is against the payment they took, Nodes E-commerce Group. Got an email got response, got my money back today. T try it

I ordered and paid for a desk and I have not received confirmation by email and the desk has not been delivered. I have contacted Wellindal several times with no reply. Complete scam! If only I had read these reviews before ordering. Expensive lesson learnt.

I have just seen the other reviews and realised I have been scammed here! As others, i have not received the item, tried to contact through the site as couldn't track the shipping and that's when i realised it's a scam! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Absolute Scam of a company. Ordered a desk and chair without reading reviews prior to doing so. Amateur mistake on my end. Sent an e-mail wishing to cancel and got the generic response back. Avoid at all cost!!!

They never delivered the desk I ordered nor gave me a refund.

Please don t buy anything from this website it is a scam, I did not receive my items and when I tried to contact the company it is impossible. The only way to contact them is through their online form which only allows you to put in 20 words max and still after 20 messages later I have no reply. I asked for a refund, and to cancel the order numerous times, but didn't hear back. Received a mail yesterday to say my items are on the way after I lodged a complaint with my bank. Doubt they are on the way but anyway I sent in a query why they are sending me these items when I clearly wrote a number of times it is too late and I want a refund, way way way prior to the items even being dispatched!! No response! Then I get an email telling me to not accept the delivery when it comes, I asked if I still get my full refund, as I made it clear I don't want the items ....... No response. They have caused me and so many people so much stress please don't fall for this scam or very very bad company who just wants to take your money.

I have not received my order for 180 euro , and it looks like this is across the board , wish I had also checked reviews :(

Do not buy anything from this website bought a side board . I called and emails several times never received goods. Contacted my bank to get my money back. This company a scam be warned.

DO NOT buy anything from this company.,. They will let you place an order and they will take your money BUT they will NEVER deliver... I can’t believe they are still allowed to trade...

Appalling. No communication after 3 emails sent. No order delivered. Going to trade and standards to report them. Where's my money and where's my order??

I ordered my desk with £30 express shipping. The day is was supposed to be delivered, I received no update/communication. I started Googling ways to contact them and came across these Trustpilot reviews. I gave up hope and ordered another desk from another company which I got the next day. 2 months later, I received a text saying my desk was on it's way!!! I have received my desk today. So I am out £160 and left with two desks....

Awful! No communication, no contact what so ever. Even when you raise a complaint they outsource it & just never get back to you & then say go to small claims court. Ridiculous. This company needs to be stopped.
