STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY I'm like everyone else. Ordered a desk on 22 June for delivery 3rd July still not received my desk complained several times tried tracking and still not received my desk. I can see it going from Spain to the UK and back to Spain. They had the cheek to ask for a review so I did as complaint. Asked for refund no answer if only there was a contact number.

Do not buy. Desk arrived badly damaged and company did not reply to your emails. There is no other way to contact them and no complaints department.

SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE. Orderd a desk 6 weeks ago, nothing came. Order is processing all the time. No reply emails and now I see this has happened to so many people! Wish I had checked them out before, now ive lost my money ! How are they allowed to continue this for so long?
This company is a scam
This company is a scam, set up to take your money. Do not use them. I ordered a desk and chair with a lead time of 2 weeks. 2 months later I have received nothing. I have contacted their contact centre around 30 times now with almost response (I had one response last week that just said "Solved" but still the order status says "processing"). I have now reported the transaction to mastercard as fraudulent so will wait on that.

I ordered a desk, unfortunately I did not look at the reviews prior to ordering the item and really wish I had. After being told how much it would cost, the total was a different amount. This instantly gave me concerns so I decided to cancel straightaway. Needless to say this was ignored. To my shock, the product arrived. However due to covid-19 the carrier left the item at my door and I was unable to refuse it. I then decided to open the product since I thought well I have it and i've not had a refund so I may aswell keep it, only to discover that the desk was cracked in half!!
I have tried to contact company several times, however they are ignoring all my emails - I have even tried to use the administration administracion2(at)jardinitis(dot)com and am getting no where!
I will now have to try the bank. But seriously avoid at all costs!

Reading the reviews listed I am just like everyone of those other customers!!! Placed an order for a desk on 6th July with and expected delivery date of 17th.....nothing!!! Obviously my money has been taken and I ve had no delivery, I ve emailed several times and just get the same response as everyone else. This company is shocking!!! No customer services to deal with, no help from anyone. I will now try and get my money back from the back. I should have used my gut instinct with this, I should have read these reviews first!! If I could give this company 0 rating I would, just awful, very late delivery, no explanation or warning, I guess I should deem myself lucky as some have not received their items at all. No customer service, no one picks up the phone. When the goods arrived the quality was shocking. I tried to return them but the postage was more than the refund, so off to the skip I go. I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before hand, such a waste of time and money.

Like a lot of people here, I didn't read the reviews about this company and in some way I'm glad - I think I would have had a heart attack. I ordered a kitchen tap and it arrived on time. After I installed it I noticed there was a very tiny leak by the handle. I've had it confirmed that it's not the plumbing - you don't plumb the handle of a tap so it isn't about the fitting.
I tried to contact the company but I've not had any response back. They don't have a number, only a contact form which says they get back to you within 24hours Mon-Fri but they don't. I've lost count how many times I've filled in the contact form in hope for a response to one of them - to date I've had one response in Spanish - YES IN SPANISH. It translated to "We'd love to hear what you think of our customer services".
Honestly, I've given up :-(
Non receipt of order
Like other purchasers, I have not received my order. I placed an order for a desk at the beginning of July with an estimated delivery slot of 17-22 July. When I went on their website to trace my order, it was at the ‘processing’ stage so I emailed them. I got a response within 24hrs and was told they would contact their supplier and could not provide any further detail than was on their web site - I found that hard to believe and it made me suspicious. If only I had read reviews before purchasing! I have chased my order twice since without any response and I am now going to contact me card provider for a chargeback. Please do not use this company.

Read the reviews, i wish I had. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered a computer desk which was in stock. The desk never arrived on the delivery date. Tried to cancel the order and get a refund after a few weeks which is impossible to do as there is no phone number or email. You have to fill a form on their site and apparently an 'agent' will contact you. This never happens. 3 months later the desk arrives. Now I've had to sell the desk as I had bought another one from another supplier in the mean time. What a complete waste of time.
Avoid like the plague
I ordered a table on June 3rd. It was to come June 15th. Never came. Look I get it, COVID19 is impacting things. I sent 12 emails/support chats to update me on a new delivery date. I received nothing. I got an automated receipt twice but that was it. I read the other comments and emailed the administration email address for a refund. That sorted it.
I firmly believe this is a scam. If they do this to ten people, how many of the ten would just give up?

They emailed me this morning to see how I would rate their support. At least they have a sense of humor.

Ordered a desk on the 12th May with a maximum delivery date of the 26th of May. 26th came and went, no delivery or dispatch notification! After numerous emails (As no telephone number) with no response received, I decided to raise a chargeback through my bank. I then received a response on the 16th June (6 Weeks later) advising that they will process a refund which could take up to 14 days....it’s now 22nd July another 6 weeks down the line...still no refund or any responses to my emails! Lesson we’ll learnt here, the one time I didn’t check reviews before ordering online! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Don't use this company really bad customer service and expectations not managed. Sometimes I received a reply to my enquiries sometimes I didn't. I cancelled my order after 6 weeks of waiting. Still waiting for my refund! Apparently that takes 14 days!!
This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. Do NOT order from the site. They ignore the emails, you cannot call them either. Arguably based in Barcelona but cannot reach them and the phone number gets redirected to the US where you get an automated response and hangs up on you. Several days chasing unsuccessfully just to find I am not the only one here. My colleague bought this as part of office equipment but clearly it's a SCAM. Sad.

Very nice desk and high quality for this price. Seems that I was lucky to have a good experience shopping from this company.

Appalling company
Appalling company. Got lured into ordering my grandson a Harry Potter Bill Wesley wand by default. They pretend to communicate with you when you ask where are the goods by saying they have shipped them, but of course, they haven't. Their tracking system is a fiction. My grandson never did get his birthday present and they still have my money. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!!
